I have been with Kiwi for years. I love their warranty program where you can very inexpensively get repeated carpet cleanings for a year. The technicians are always top notch and take great care of my Carpet and stain removal. Love this company!!!

From the customer service one receives when making an appointment, the prompt arrival and hard diligent work from their service technicians, and the timely email reminders with percentage off incentives for future work. They are the only people I have ever used for carpet service ! And the rooms always smell so nice and clean afterwards. . . . These folks do first rate work, on challenging high rise buildings and on inside windows. I have used them in both capacities. Also, very responsive, if you have a last minute need. I recommend them highly.

Met the owner first hand. He was absolutely unprofessional, rude, and obnoxious. He even yelled at a young girl for moving her hands too much while she talked. Seriously?
