This was the first time we used a cleaning service and I can say they did a great job. Vicky spent almost 4hours cleaning every room in the house and did a great job. Attention to detail was great. We will be using them again!

After going thru a few cleaning services with so-so results we tried Emily’s Maids. Finally we have found one to stick with! Booking and communication was easy from the start. We definitely recommend them in Dallas.

I am very pleased with my first cleaning from Emily's Maids. Having a large dog who sheds, drools and track mud indoors, I was constantly cleaning and decided I'd rather spend time doing other things. After researching house cleaning services, I chose Emily's Maids because of their number of high reviews and they delivered. I will continue to use them on a regular basis to keep my house clean!!

The service has sent me the same maid the last 3 requests. I love her! She is so nice, respectful, and a hard worker. I like having the same person, but if not available would be understandable, because she knows what I expect and follows that. She even found my lost wedding ring while cleaning!

I paid for a standard clean for my 1-bedroom apartment. I have a cat, so there was cat hair and litter everywhere. The maids came, were professional, quick, and friendly. They completed cleaning the entire apartment faster than the quoted time allotment, and my place looks great! They got all the hair/fur out of my carpets, and even on the sofa! My apartment looks like the day I moved in. Thanks!

Alejandra has been with us since my son was a baby and has seen our needs grow and change and she adapts to it all with such ease. She does a fantastic job, she's consistent, reliable, considerate and takes great pride in how she works and attends to details. It's such a great blessing to have her help and she really goes out of her way to make everything extra beautiful. More importantly to me, she always shows up with a bright smile and warm demeanor--she just fills our home with such joy while she's here and we look forward to seeing her always. She is so kind and thoughtful to us and our son and our home. She is the best--simply irreplaceable. We just love her!

Claudia was amazing. She did a deep cleaning move in service on a new home I bought. She spent over 6 hours working on everything from baseboards to cabinet shelves to ceiling fans. She was absolutely fabulous! The service for the price was 1000% worth it! I will definitely be using them again!

We just had our house cleaned and I must say the house looks fantastic. Emily's maid was thorough, detailed and really did a wonderful job. We have 2 dogs and a two year old so the challenge was great, but afterwards just spotless. We will definitely use Emily's regularly.

Before I called Emily’s Maids we tried the friend suggested route and was disappointed. When I called Emily’s Maids they were very professional and the initial setup process was really simple. When the cleaning team arrived early on the scheduled day and went right to work. Our next visit will be fourth of many to come.Tbh, Sonya & Liliana are a great team to have. This was one of our best cleanings ever! Elvira was wonderful and really cleaned each and every inch of our home. She was friendly with our young daughter and very punctual too. Two days before our scheduled cleaning, the receptionist had to call to reschedule our cleaning due to scheduling conflicts but I’m so glad it happened this way! Our house is so clean and I’m so happy! We will definitely be asking for Elvira in the future!

I have tried many home cleaning companies and had resolved to the fact that no one will clean the way I would. And that the quality deteriorates as getting in and out quickly to get to the next job takes precedence. When I hired Emily's Maids, I was skeptical. They are not the lowest priced but I've found that price and quality don't often correlate. I am happy to say that coming home to my first Emily's Maids cleaning delighted me. I had intended to clean my shower tiles before Emily's Maids were scheduled, as I had grown accepting of doing it on occasion given no one ever really cleaned it. I just didn't get to it, and I was completely shocked when I came home to see my shower and tiles had been thoroughly cleaned. I mean truly thoroughly. No one had done that before. I didn't even expect it anymore. My house actually felt like it had really been cleaned for the first time in ages. I am very pleased with Emily's Maids and am remaining hopeful that the first cleaning is the standard that will continue to be met with every clean.

We had decided on a deep clean option instead of move in option with Emily’s maids based on the reviews/price/description of what it offered but were somewhat disappointed with the results. The suggested time of 2 hours was what I was predicted, but it was done less than an hour. The space was mostly empty and we were hoping it would be focused on the bathroom and kitchen where it needed to be cleaned the most. The maid was super nice and the process of booking was easy, but hoped for the price the result could’ve been better.

Amazing cleaning of my home ahead of the holidays! I booked this clean for my mom before the holidays because she was stressed out at the state of her home. Vicki was outstandingly thorough, asked questions, and followed directions. She really made me and my mom feel taken care of, which made a huge difference. They were also super flexible and right on time for the time we agreed. I was so pleased!
