We have used this service since first learning about it. The service provided has been the highest quality we have experienced from similar cleaning service providers. Their cleaning people are excellent communicators, well-trained and courteous. I cannot imagine not using them for as long as we live in our home.

We booked Emily's Maids while on our wedding trip so that we could come home to a clean house. We booked the "deep clean," and our cleaner did a wonderful job. She really did get the baseboards, ceiling fans, appliances and window shades and made everything look fabulous. For a small, 3-bedroom home it was $300. It was a splurge for us but it was definitely worth it! Especially for those hard-to-clean places that we never want to clean ourselves. The estimate said it would take 7 hours but she was in and out in about less than 3 hours - I couldn't believe one person was able to do everything so quickly and was nervous we'd come back to a half-done job, but it was great! My only reason for 4 stars is that she left our door unlocked when she left. I believe she thought she locked it but didn't quite get it closed. Otherwise loved it and would use again!

The deep cleaning services provided by the cleaners was amazing, they took their time. They were extremely dedicated, didn’t even want to take a water or eating break regardless of long it took to clean. I hard to force them to stop and eat something. The house almost felt like it did during our housewarming!

First time using the service and I was very pleased with the result! Cindy did a great job and my apartment was left cleaner and nicer looking than I expected. It may have been cleaner than when I first moved in.

My house hadn't been cleaned for months due to some damage and renovations on the inside. We're talking an inch of dust on everything. After Emily was done with it, everything was absolutely spotless, it was like she turned back the clock and there had never been a mess to begin with. I'm extremely impressed with how good a job she did and the little touches she added to make my home feel liveable again. I can't thank her enough.

I bought a house that was incredibly dirty when I first got to it. Emily's maids deep cleaned it for ~4.5 hours + a small release the next day (free, I noticed they forgot a small room in the back of the house) and this place is SPOTLESS now! Makes the house feel so much nicer and more like home. Their customer service is great and the scheduling team was very accommodating to some last minute changes I made. Would absolutely use them again. ~$600 total for the deep clean of everything (added cabinets) + carpet cleaning for half the house.
