We recently bought a house with a newer a/c, but one unit was not cooling. We initially called the company that installed it for the prior owner thinking it was under warranty, but they quoted us several thousand dollars to repair a failed weld that leaked all the coolant (mostly due to a $398 per pound R410a charge). Our home warranty covered only to $20 per pound and other companies I checked with more reasonable than $398, but still more than Air Cool Pro.
