My problem was ice buildup on the line. Not knowing was caused it and after researching YouTube I knew I needed assistance. My neighbor referred Cozy D to me. Learning takeaways, keep filter and coils clean. Refill low levels of refrigerate when needed. Adrian cleaned the coils and refilled the refrigerate (not freon) and replaced the outside panel after cleaning. I really appreciate it. No more ice buildup. I just have to replace the insulation. Thanks also to Thomas for your calm demeanor in my over thinking storm. I will definitely refer. 🙂

I've been very impressed with the Cozy-D team's work. They had done the HVAC work for my family's home, so when I had an apartment built in an unfinished section of the house, I definitely wanted them to do my work as well. We're still having problems with 1 of the Mitsubishi Split units, & they came today to get the specs to replace the 1 which is defective.

Had an issue with my attic HVAC system. Thomas came out to perform a diagnostic and completed repairs to the Actuator, Capacitor, Contactor, and even replaced the secondary pan. He showed up at the appointment time we had agreed on and I was very impressed. I was shown what needed to be done and he made it happen and for a very reasonable price.
