Our A/C unit had stopped working. Jason and his assistant were here less than an hour and got it running.
They identified and replaced some burnt wires on a capacitor and blew some leaves out of the coil.
They also checked the filter in the attic and went on their way.
I am most pleased with their knowledge, professional, speedy service and explanation of what they did.
I’m glad to have found a reliable company to handle my HVAC System.

Joshua was prompt, friendly, professional and fast - he and his sidekick did a fantastic job! Never tried to sell me a new system, just fixed the broken part, topped off the freon and got us up and running less than 5 hours after I called in at 7am. Thank you Cozy - D!

Our RUUD HVAC system was installed in 1996! We knew we were living on borrowed time when it finally quit this week.
Jason and his crew came out two weeks ago and repaired some burnt wires and got it running.
When it quit this time we knew it was time to replace it and we had a quote from Cozy-D to replace it.
As we were discussing options I asked about the need to replace the duct work at the same time. Jason went up in the attic and reviewed the situation. He came back and told us the ducts were in good shape and only needed to be cleaned.
I defy you to find one in twenty A/C companies that would have passed on the opportunity to pad the bill by misleading us into the extra expense of new ducts.
Cozy-D is the ONLY one I've met that is this honest and efficient and I make it a point to tell everyone I talk to.

368 customers with 5-stars? 🤨 I certainly didn’t have the same experience they did. Luckily I had someone verify my system didn’t need to be replaced. When I asked about how my system was low on refrigerant the 1st time, then suggested a replacement unit for $3500 after it was low again, I got a 2nd opinion. When checked by another, they found the low-side valve core was leaking. I’m blessed to have somebody who knows what they’re doing. Be careful with these people.

Professional and Courteous Service with the knowledge and understanding to handle all of your AC & Heating needs. I had a drain overflow shutoff valve issue due to my lines backing up. CozyD came in and not only fixed the issues with the drain in my Very Hot Attic. They also checked my outside unit and washed down my coil. Superb Service. I would highly recommend this Contractor.

We were so impressed with the excellent service provided. Cozy-D went above and beyond to work with us to find a like new ac unit to replace our old one that just completely went kaput. Josh and G arrived as scheduled and immediately got to work. They made sure to level the concrete slab before installing the replacement. They did a fantastic job. I didn’t know what the problem was with my AC, but it works great now! The technicians could have said anything And charged me for it, but after checking everything out and doing some minor maintenance items, they basically told me that the cost would only be for a tuneup. I’m very happy with their honesty and will use them always.
