The installation of the HVAC was quick, I have no complaints about it. The time leading up to having to purchase a new system is what I am complaining about. I requested service to check the system, they could not find a problem, but knew there was a leak, I was charged $753.00 for them to refill with refrigerant only for it to stop cooling again. My money should have been refunded or went toward the purchase of the new system.

I could not be more pleased with their service or their price. They were fast and efficient and got our AC working the same day. Thomas was great, I would highly recommend Cozy D

I hated the A1 operator . The heater check was well after the scheduled time . Now I have you texting me no stop for ratings . That lowered your score another point ! Get off the AI crap!

Highly recommended by my plumber, I called Cozy -D. Monty came over the same day and fixed my problem with my a/c drain. Everything went smooth and the price was reasonable for the repair. I'm a very happy customer right now.
Update: had some more issues this year with my a/c. Cozy D went above and beyond my expectations and fixed my problem! The a/c is back up and running!

If I had not called Cozy D I might have been convinced, by a much larger commercial HVAC company, that I needed to upgrade the entire system. Cozy D listened to me and fixed the existing system that’s only 10 years old. Saved me approximately $4,000. Thanks. Wonderful crew of folks. Courteous and down to earth. I won’t call anybody else.

They showed up within the time frame and got straight to work on my residential unit. They performed normal maintenance to ensure the units integrity. Extremely professional, answered my questions and even gave a recommendation for an issue I was having. This experience was great and I would recommend them for sure. I'll be calling them again same time next year!

All I can say is prayers come through I asked my Realtor for help. He sent an already done angel my way. I know when you have a business and it’s your weekends and an hour away too some people would tell you not till Monday but this man said I’m on my way. My family has been using Cozy-D for decades for our houses and rent houses always impeccable work done in a timely matter at a fair price.

I've had 6 A/C companies come out before Cozy to get multiple comparisons. 3 of the techs had good personalities, however, the Cozy tech didn't just have a great personality, he ALSO did not lie and was able to repair a unit. I understand that I need to replace the other unit based on what they told me but praise God that at least one was repairable! I think I'm going to switch from my current plan from one company to a new one with Cozy. Note: they also fixed my grandmother's unit last week. She's 90 and needs to be comfortable as well.

Great customer service. Very professional and knowledgable. Fixed the issue at a good price. I have used them several times for my home, my mother-in-law home and most recently, my dad's home.
