Saul and his son Edgar were amazing to work with. I highly recommend getting your HVAC repaired with them. They were responsive, communicative, and quick to repair my HVAC units. They replaced my 20 year old 3 ton indoor and outdoor units with new 3.5 ton units.

Saul gave me the best price to replace both my indoor and outdoor HVAC units after I called two other contractors. Saul came out early the next day, on a Saturday morning, after I had called Friday afternoon to repair the HVAC since my house was too hot and unlivable after having to turn the unit off because of a bad leak.

They sent over a contract, as I had requested, before I sent over my security deposit. They also quickly sent an invoice after my final payment was made.

Took a week to get someone out - then cancelled because of weather. Rescheduled for a week later - cancelled because of weather. A week later someone comes out, couldn't find the problem, washer died the next day. Took a week to get someone out again, changed circuit board now dead the next day. Now have to wait another week.
Kenmore Select in not an inexpensive washer, but more than five weeks of going to the laundromat is ridiculous.

Was having issues with my ice maker, Rocky got here, diagnosed the issue, made the repair and educated me on the various ways I can help myself with keeping the appliance at top performance. I was very pleased that an appointment with a service man was scheduled for the next day after I called about my Microwave.

The Service man was knowledgeable and efficiently corrected the problem.

My only suggestion is that times for services/repairs should be made with a 2 hour window instead of a four hour window for time of arrival.
