First of all, they did not alert me to let me know that they were not coming on the suppose date that they were supposed to come. Then when they came the next day, they gave me an estimate two different prices. They did not break the estimate down as to say how much the actual part would cost, and how much I would be paying for labor when I asked how to give them to get a breakdown they never got back with me.

My mom, my sister and I all use Unlimited Air Conditioning and Heating. From instillation to service no one will take better care of you than Frank and his team. Frank has been taking care of our families AC/Heat for 15 years, when you meet him you will wish every person that came to fix or help you with something at your house was as respectable, nice and honest as him. I can not say enough good things about Unlimited AC & Heating.

They are super easy to work with as far as scheduling, really great prices, efficient with time, and on top of everything they’re all nice! Cleber just completed a check on my furnace and did a great job.

Frank and his team were exactly what we were looking for when we called for after hour service. Our technician was professional, friendly, and most importantly was able to diagnose and resolve the issue in record time. Unlimited Air Conditioning & Heating will be our go to provider for all things HVAC in the future.

My Ac went out I called Unlimited . The tech showed up tapped the Thermostat and tightened a wire . He said I needed a new thermostat but he did not have one on his truck. Charged me $143.00 trip charge . I will never call them again.

I have used a lot of HVAC companies over the years, along with many other contractors and third party services due to major renovations. I can honestly say that Frank is the most trustworthy person I have ever let into my home to date. He is dependable at all times and really takes the time to walk me through my options. Frank is a rare find and I highly recommend his services to all my fellow Dallasites - Chris (Lakewood / M Streets).

Frank and team did a fantastic job replacing the evaporator coil on one of our A/C units. The team is honest, dependable and very professional. He didn’t nickel and dime. He mentioned an upgraded system, but didn’t try to hard sell. He offered it as an option, and left it at that. Will definitely call Unlimited Air and Heating for any HVAC needs.

My art studio's AC went out before I had a number of important meetings happening. Called and was asked if I would be there all day, said I would be until it was fixed. Frank said he would have a tech out at 3. 10 minutes later, I get a text saying 1. The crew showed up at 12:40. 20 minutes later, everything was up and running. They saved the day and at an amazing price. Best HVAC tech's I've ever dealt with. Highly recommend!

Unlimited was great. Very friendly and professional staff. They were able to diagnose the problem and resolve it quickly. Cleber made sure to let me know the cost for the parts and service before he did any repairs. I could not ask for better service.

I had an excellent experience with Unlimited Air Conditioning. My AC went out the first really hot day of the spring. He made it over same-day for diagnostics. Original assessment was it was going to be a replacement motor for a fan, but when he returned with the new part a few days later it ended up being a much less expensive fix. Honesty and efficiency, what more can you ask for?!

My AC sensor kept switching off my outside unit in August. Unlimited Air and heating found that it was a clogged condensation line. Rather than trying to charge me for all sorts of repairs, they were very honest and blew out the line to clear the clog. It now works perfectly and I didn't pay for repairs I didn't need. They are a very honest and efficient company that does amazing work!

Cleber showed up when he said he would and diagnosed the issue quickly. We had a massive leak in our mini split unit due to it being initially installed poorly (by a different company/contractor). It was completely fixed in a couple hours and blowing ice cold air as well as heat. Great work and reasonable prices. I certainly recommend.
