Vincent was very thorough and efficient! I have an older unit and need to get a few more hot summers out of it! He provided recommendations on how to keep it running efficiently and best filters to use.

Vincent was great! We knew we probably needed a new system as ours is very outdated and parts are no longer available. But he made it less painful with his explanation of why it’s the only option moving forward.

Vincent takes great care in the work that he preforms in our home. He always explains what is being repaired and why. If there are alternatives he presents them. I have a comfort level with him. The systems are working well.

Our HVAC unit decided to give out late afternoon. Fortunately they were able to get a technician out to us pretty quickly. Luckily it was an easy fix this time for our old unit, and they got us squared away. Would definitely recommend, and will be using them in the future.

The servicemen were on time, knowledgeable, and professional. I would use again and recommend to others.

I just had my last service visit with Vince and Dallas Heating and AC since my townhome is going on the market. I can't tell you how great he and this company has been to work with over the past 4 years. I have zero complaints about any other their service visits or the work they have done for me. The prices are reasonable and the work excellent. If I weren't moving out of state I would be continuing to use them. Thanks for everything!

I called the Dallas Air Conditioning Service at 10:30 AM today. Amanda said they would be here between noon and four today, for ac service. 11:15 Vincent and Junior were here, at my Condo, today!! Vincent and Junior were nice, professional Vincent knew what he was doing,, “ I need a new Air Conditioner. “
I bought this condo a month and a half ago. There were problems with plumbing, moved into the condo. Now I will know that air conditioning and plumbing are tip top with Dallas Air Conditioning and Plumbing. This will take a while with a New ac. I’ll be back with the new ac and I’ll post again! My technician, Vincent, was great. However, this company is very shady. I called looking for quotes and they gave me a price only to call me the next day and say the the original price didn’t reflect the “emergency” surcharge an “industry standard.” I only picked this company as it was the same price as another originally and they could come the next day. In addition, they list coupons on their website that show no advertised restrictions. Turns out, the coupons aren’t accepted on non-business days. Would be nice to advertise that upfront as again I relied on the posted coupon in making a decision. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody.

The fast response was so welcome as the hot Dallas summer is upon us. I called for help at 7:55 a.m. and my serviceman was here an hour later. My good fortune. Thanks to Vince for his knowledge of HVAC and friendly attitude. I'll be using them again.

Complete new AC system installed.

My experience today was perfect. He came on time, he was friendly and knowledgeable, he checked everything and had my problem (a/c not cooling for more than six months) fixed in less than 30 minutes! Extremely grateful for him. I hope I don’t have to call again, but if I do, I know exactly who I’m calling. Thank you for everything! Highly recommend.

I called this company on a Friday evening when my AC stopped working suddenly. Initially I was told that the charge for an after hours call would be $150, but later realized that they charged me $175. The issue was a clogged drain line. In the past, an AC tech from other company was able to blow out the line and resolve this issue easily. Dallas Heating and AC charged over $300 for this service and they were unable to resolve the clog. As a result, I had to pay an additional charge for a plumber to come out and provide the same service, which cleared the line. While the AC tech was nice, I am very frustrated that I paid almost $500 and ended up paying another company to actually resolve the problem. I only went with this company because I needed emergency service, and I am unlikely to work with them again.

Amazing and professional in every way shape and form. Timely, courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. Answered questions when asked and supplied all information needed. Was absolutely a wonderful technician.

Another HVAC Company (Rhymes with ASCAR) came out last week and quoted me an outrageous price so the next day I called Dallas Heating and Air. I had a Freon leak and needed a new coil. I showed them the quote from the prior company and they gave me a quote $1000 less. I was going to schedule it the next week and after 7 days, my AC was not blowing cold air again and it and was 80 degrees outside. So I called them back and they were at my doorstep within 30 minutes! He said that my freon was almost empty and I needed a new coil ASAP. I already had the quote so went ahead and approved them to do the work. I called to see when they could change it out and they said tomorrow or Monday (after the weekend). The technician had gone to his truck and then came back and said they could be out tomorrow morning between 8-12 to install a new Coil and gave me enough freon to last me until tomorrow. Plus he did not charge me for today's service fee. I WAS SO THANKFUL!!! I will always call this AC company with any issues I have. Thank you so much!!! I've contacted Unilimited Air Conditioning for service on several occasions. Time after time, they deliver top notch service at a very reasonable price. Technicians are professional and knowledgeable. No pushy salesman tactics.

Frank is very courteous and respectful for those that don't understand the complexities of Air Conditioning and Heating. He always offers a great explanation of his diagnostic findings and his recommendations make reason sense in terms of application and cost. I am in the restaurant facility profession and select vendor to service my restaurants across the country. I find that Unlimited Air Conditioning is amongst the best in service and trust.
