Vincent Marrone did the much-needed service on our furnace, which was installed in 2018 prior to our purchase of the home this past February. It turns out that the original wiring on the furnace was incorrectly done and it's likely that it never performed properly from the time it was new.

Vincent arrived promptly and on short notice, did the work quickly but thoroughly, and he seemed excited that he was able to solve a big problem that we didn't even know we had. :-) We were really impressed by his professionalism and likeable nature.

I could not recommend Vincent and Dallas Heating and Cooling more highly.

Great service from the Dallas Heating and Air pro, not a sub-contractor.
He arrived promptly at 8am for an 8-10am appointment, provided helpful tips, cleaned off a few coils to get the freon re-charge perfect, and charged an honest rate.

Their service call fees and parts pricing are better than the other 10+ HVAC service companies I called in my area.

Highly recommend.

These guys were great! Our AC stopped working in the middle of 103 temps. We contacted them and they were out on site same day and fixed back up and running (and cooling!!!) in no time. Representative was quick, courteous, knowledgeable to explain everything, and did an excellent job. Reasonable pricing as well.

I had an appointment for between 8:00-12:00 arrival. Coby was there at 8:00 am.
It was pricey but it was a new motor so probably okay. He did a great job and explained why the unit wasn’t working and what the motor was for. Because it was broken the system was freezing up. I asked him if I could keep the old motor and he happily gave it to me. It will be metal and wood. I’ll call it, 1500. When he handed the motor it was frozen or at least felt frozen to me.
I’ll definitely use them again. Thanks.

Vincent and Brent did an awesome job cleaning and sanitizing my ducts and unit. Super friendly and finished the job in half the time. These guys are the Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen of the HVAC industry.

Vincent fixed my heater in record time and explained to me in full detail the possible issues and provided recommendations on what to do if I have to replace the furnace in the future. Will definitely call this place first if any issues come up.

Our fan capacitor went out on a Saturday, and they had an AC repairman out extremely fast. The after hours service was great, and Coby did a great job explaining the issue and solving the problem. I would recommend them to anyone

Vincent Marrone came on time today Friday, May 31, 2024 to my place and did a diagnosis. The A/C stopped working at my unit. Vincent found the problem and he told me what part it needs to be replaced. It was the blower motor. He explained everything to me and I accepted his estimated costs. The only thing is that the part will come in a few days and then make some arrangements to install the part to the A/C. But everything else, I am satisfied and I trust his knowledge. Thank you and I hope to see Vincent again. I really recommend this company to anyone. Thank you, Dallas Heating And Air Conditioning!
