Excellent, straight-forward, and prompt service. Did not have hidden fees or extra surcharges. We discussed what needed to be done and got straight to work putting together our new HVAC for our second floor. Installation started within a few days, and in less than a week, we had our upstairs HVAC replaced and cooling. Would not hesitate to do business with again.

Our AC unit did not put out any cool air during the hottest month in Texas but BV Air conditioning/heating came to the rescue the next day without charging us extra. We thought it was the low Freon, as it was in the past, but Sonny accurately and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour. The price was very reasonable. We told Sonny that we considered replacing the unit since it has given us problems in the past. He advised us to wait a few years since the unit is still working fine. His advice saved us from having to spend money needlessly. We will use this company in the future for all our AC and heating needs.

Within only a few hours of our initial call, the company's owner came to our home, inspected our current system, and explained very clearly what needed to be done. Since our system was over 12 years old, he recommended a replacement system so that we will avoid bigger problems in the future and save on our monthly electricity bills. He gave us an honest and reasonable quote for a brand new system. On the VERY NEXT MORNING, a team came out with the equipment and installed the new system for us within 5 hours!! The equipment was exactly what we had requested --- size, capacity, and manufacturer brand. This was a referral from my sister who used their service before for her house. I am definitely will be using them for all of my HVAC services from now on.
The technician/representative came to my house and looked at my unit , give me a quote and booked my service . He explained the costs , the warranty, the services and the follow up to me to make sure I understand everything .
When the unit was replaced , he came to my house to check to make sure the unit and service were done correctly with my new complimentary Google Nest.
After three months , I got my first follow up service to see if the unit was working correctly.
When I told my coworkers about the cost to replaced my unit with all of the perks, they all said that I got a bargain for my unit.

I don't know if you are aviliateed with Bich vuong have a Technician by name Camilo M made us sign for BV Vip member for $179 that they will service our units for free 3 times a year for free which is a lie.we called them they never honored their promise they charges us $75 just for showing up.Dont ever bë tricked to sign for this called vip they are scams.very bad experience

BV replaced my complete system inside and out. They did a very good job. Everything john said they were going to do they did. They were very professional and a very good job. I will only use them in the future and I highly recommend.

So for context, our AC unit had gone out the previous weekend. We had called them first thing Monday and they had someone out promptly to do the work. The technician was very polite, efficient and got the work done very quickly. I highly recommend them!

These guys are amazing. Our furnace went out during the coldest in the teens… they came out diagnosed the issue and evaluate our options. They started at 9am and new one up and running by 2pm.
