We are very happy with the new HVAC system Sala installed two years ago.
Last year mud dobber wasps built a nest in the exhaust pipe for the furnace. The nest fell into the furnace and jammed the exhaust fan. Sala came out, quickly figured out what was wrong and fixed the problem. And they didn’t charge us for the work because the system was under warranty. Very nice of them.

We’ve had the benefit of enlisting Sala Heating and AC services for the last 15 years plus, with twice annual maintenance services as well as my minor issues that can occur in Texas, and I can say wo reservation, they’re the most efficient, honest and reliable folks we have ever had the pleasure

Sean came to do a thorough system check a few months after I needed a refrigerant refill. Sean found a problem but actually recommended taking no action now because of the risk for further damage. I’m holding tight at his recommendation. I appreciate his approach to educating me on my system to make smart decisions instead of pushing to just make a sale.

Sala air has been our “Go To” for many years and we just recently we needed a replacement of our 4 ton Run-Tru by Trane installed. They were initially prompt with a diagnostic service call and actually gave us options to manage our old system but we opted for a total replacement. The new installation had a couple of hiccups due to non-working parts but they recognized the problem parts both times and got replacement parts for the defective equipment quickly. We worked with Josh as our service tech and he is amazing…he was not pushy, is very friendly and was incredibly informative and attentive to getting it done right. We highly recommend Sala Air Conditioning!!!

Service has always been exceptional; response to service requests are always punctual and thorough in resolution. As a yearly member of their “Comfort Club” I can always expect competent and professional service on my heating and a/c systems.

Service guy came @ 4:30 and stayed until 7 but was unable to solve the problem. They came back the next morning and did repairs. They charged me for the job and not the time it took to fix the problem.

I’ve used Sala Air Conditioning for 15+ years. I don’t trust anyone else with my heating and air conditioning. I highly recommend them. I’ve used them for routine maintenance, repairs, replacing duct work, and the installation of a new Trane heating and air conditioning unit with duct work. The owners and technicians are beyond fantastic. Polite, knowledgeable, and honest.
