There are not enough words to describe how much I appreciate Metro AC&H! They went above and beyond to get my system up & running. Mr. Larry stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. He even came on a weekend to diagnose and fix a small problem so we could have air over the weekend. Thank you Mr. Larry and Metro AC.

Every interaction I had with Metro was excellent. From my initial call, all the follows up to the technician. Devorian Harris came within 30 minutes of my appointment window. Was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and had my unit blowing cool in about 30 minutes. My a/c went out on the hottest day of the year and thanks to Metro my issue was resolved within 24 hours. Very professional company with fair prices and great technicians.

Called for an appointment on Friday (not an emergency) had Ron out the Saturday morning. Office staff is amazing, polite and professional. We had to call several times to arrange schedule because of a funeral. They were helpful and again so polite! We needed a new unit and it was installed the same day. Ron and installation crew were great. We’ve used several other companies and these guys are top notch.

My wife and I called Lowe's, and Home Depot along with Metro Air Conditioning. Lowe's and Home Depot gave us Higher quotes with lower quality equipment being installed then Metro so we decided to choose Metro for the install. The woman that we spoke with throughout the service procedure "Rachel" along with the installers were all highly professional and timely! The company (Metro) arrived immediately. They completed their research, did their review, waited for us to make a determination and once we made our selection Metro was here the Next Day! We have a Brand new house that was constructed last year. Metro installed a higher quality air conditioning system than the system that came with the home which is amazing to me. We are impressed with and thankful for Metro Air Conditioning!! We would definitely recommend Metro Air Conditioning Heating and Services as a provider of Great Services for the work that they do!

Wow!!! Metro Air Conditioning Heating, is one of the best around. The staff is very professional and will only repair what is needed. I only use this company. I have done business with them for over 12 years. Prior to that, my sister owned the house and she used the company also. I put my stamp of approval on the company and would recommend anyone to use them.

I would like to personally thank all of the workers @Metro Air for the great work they have done on our church air conditioning @Community Bible Church. Larry has a respectable, well mannered, hard working crew working for him. Metro Air has also done work for my home, parents, sisters and friends homes. Our ac went out late last night. We thought it was just hot from the cooking and extra body heat with company but nothing we did was helping. Our last ac got retired so having to look for a new one was not fun. I called this morning after finding them online and they came out sooner than originally expected! Chaz was great! Found the problem right away and was able to fix it and for a lot less than i was expecting! It was 86 and climbing in my house when he finished and it's already dropped 3 degrees in about 15 minutes!

Definitely recommending them to anyone i know needing ac help!

Metro air is my go to for service from now on! I worked with Chester. I cannot recommend him enough! First he squeezed my house in for a last minute estimate. Then, he got back to me with a fair quote and explained everything very thoroughly. He patiently helped me through the process of having a whole new unit put in from financing to after install care. Thank you so much Chester!

2 years later: had a smart thermostat I needed installed that required an adapter put in the air handler. I called and Hector was here within the hour. He had it done quickly with no issues!

Excellent.....FANTASTIC service! The guy came over two days ago and all it was was the compastor that needed changing out for the outside condenser to turn on. Easy fix. Thank you for the service done. We have AC running well. I put the business card on the refrigerator with a magnet holding it up.

Many Pros, 1 Con: After nearly 17 years, we were in the market for a new H-Vac system. We shopped around all the well known local companies before deciding on Metro Air Conditioning Heating. Chazz & their staff were knowledgeable, patient, trustworthy & were NOT pushy salespeople. They did a great job listening to our needs & helping us identify the proper AC solutions to not just replace the old system but make improvements to the airduct routings and returns to balance out the airflow throughout our home --which means no more hot rooms that aren't cooling! The best part, they did all this without the astronomical pricing of many of their competitors. The install crew were all very approachable and tried to keep things clean. That said, the only negative was we did have to clean up all the dust that pushed through the vents & settled after the new system turned on --BUT this likely is Not personal to Metro AC but rather happens when the new more powerful system blows out any dust that previously settled in the airducts. Definitely would recommend Metro AC!

Woke up to the pleasant surprise of a hot house and no AC.
Metro and Brandon understand how dreadful it can be when you have no AC. Was able to call and get my AC repaired quickly!!

I've been using Metro Air so long, I've actually forgotten when. However what is the most memorable is the staff. My air went out around 04:00. I called the after hours line, they answered quickly and ensure I would get a phone call first thing in the morning.
Right past 07:00 I received a return call, insuring someone would be out around 08:30. This followed with a text stating the techs name and timeframe of his arrival.
Not only this tech, but all techs that has been to my home has gone above what I expected.
One year they replaced everything in the home. These guys were so enjoyable, laughing, making me feel like they were my own sons.
The tech today (Sedrick) went over everything, explaining the problem, the solution, price, etc...
He fixed the issue within a quick time frame, gave me a senior citizens discount, checked everything on the inside, and outside.
I've never found a company that really cares.
Years ago we paid by check and somehow they never received it so my wife called to report it. Weeks later they called asking me to stop by so gave could write me check for reporting the error.
