We made an appointment with Metro Air, and they got here quickly, Even though I told them it was not an emergency. The young man that came out did a good job. He told us every step of the way what he was doing and why. It ended up taking quite a bit of our day, but totally worth it to be cool in Texas. Thank you for a good company with good employees!

I'm so happy I found a black owned AC and Heating company that fulfilled my needs. I am a signed up member, monthly, and really appreciate how they reach out to me when serving and half year tune-ups are due, sometimes. Keep up the great work, and how much I appreciate, as a member, receiving calls or messages for service appointments. Some backend works still needs to be focused on for members. I have no doubt the kinks will be worked out. Thanks! ☺️

Oh, I had a zone control unit installed. I have a small 2 story home, but the upstairs was getting too hot; heat rises, after all. There were hiccups in the beginning, but I couldn't be happier with the outcome. You can trust Metro Air Conditioning and Heating with your home air and heating needs.

Metro Air Conditioning immediately assured me they would send a technician that day! The technician arrived promptly, was professional and efficient. He quickly assessed the problem and made a recommendation for resolution and took only an hour to fully repair the system and bring it into complete compliance. Equally as important, the cost was surprisingly reasonable! The dispatcher directed me to their website for coupons for more savings!!!

I have been using Metro Air Conditioner and Heating Services for decades. Their customer service can't be beat. Their Technician's are aways polite and respectful. I have used them for emergencies and for routine maintenance. You never have to worry about being over charged and they gave my Mom a Senior Citizen Discount. We've been really fortunate not to have had too long of a wait as far as scheduling is concerned. I've used them for mine and my Mom's home and referred them to other family and friends.

Metro, Brandon and Frank, worked on a problem with our air conditioner. They were able to figure out this issue, and after replacing some parts, they had it working again. We were so happy! We appreciate these guys! Their professionalism, courtesy, skills, and response time was outstanding.

Metro provided amazing service. From another company we were quoted over $16,000 to fully repair our AC. The Metro tech came in, was incredibly kind, and immediately saved us 95%, diagnosing the actual problem in minutes.

I will work with Metro exclusively in the future.

I am a commercial real estate broker for 4/Way Investments. Our company has used Sala Air to do the preventative maintenance, AC repairs, and air balancing at some of the properties we manage. Their friendly staff does excellent work, fits you in their schedule quickly, and communicates well about the entire part of the repair process. Then, the job is followed up by an email with a completed work order and pics of the repairs. I highly recommend them to take care of your HVAC needs!

They won’t leave into the job is done. They said he would be there at 9:00 and my door bell rang at 9:00. The keep records of the equipment and thoroughly explains want needs to be done in the future. Yes he was telling me l needed a new hvac system but didn’t strong arm me into purchasing a new system. My heater wasn’t working and Tyler was able to come check it out within an hour of my call. Of course, when he got here it was working fine. He was friendly and professional, looked over everything and didn’t make me feel silly for calling. Technician Tyler arrived early and actually troubleshot my 23 year old mini split with a manual and schematics for my unit. Un-freaking believable. That alone is worth 5stars. He isolated the faulty components and began looking for replacement parts. Within an hour parts were sourced and 2 estimates were e-mailed to me, one for a replacement unit cost and one for repair of the existing unit. Thats way more than you can expect from typical HVAC companies today. SALA has become my go-to for my home HVAC needs.

Called yesterday afternoon and they scheduled me for first appointment this morning. Tyler from Sala came out this morning and was able to fix us up for just the minimum diagnostic charge. After he fixed our (capacitor) problem he then did a thorough check of the outside unit and the blower unit in the house. He was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions to help educate me about preventative maintenance for the future. Will definitely use Sala again in the future.

I contacted Salas Air when the A/C in my home stopped working. Two gentlemen arrived and looked at the outdoor unit as well as the air-moved unit in the attic. They diagnosed the issue as a bad blower motor and quoted me $1300 for the repair. I told them that I would get a second opinion.

I asked around through friends to find a small family operated hvac business to come give me a second opinion.

The small family owned business replaced a $12 capacitor and had my a/c back on and only charged me $125 for the labor.

I am going to call my bank and ask that the $85 service fee that SALAS charged me be canceled. SALAS was either incompetent or corrupt and they charged me $85 to teach me that lesson.

I have used Sala Airconditioning for MANY YEARS and recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors many of whom also use them. They are an exceptional company that has never disappointed!
