Called in and was able to make an appointment that week.

Brandon come out and was very knowledgeable. One of my systems wasn't operating correctly. A lesser tech would have just thought I need to add feon. Brandon checked the condenser inside and found a half burned birthday balloon in the housing.

I used Metro Air Conditioning Heating & Services 25 years ago and had an amazing experience then and since.. because my current Trane Heat Pump system they installed 25 years ago was quite aged, I decided to be proactive and replace now instead of the heat of summer or dead of winter... They just installed this week and did an amazing job again!! all were very courteous and professional from Chester who came to look at the house and layout of what we currently had to what units were most suited for our layout.. We were able to have a team come out in less than a week to install all components, etc. The team we had - and excuse me if I miss any of Rene', Ivan, and 2 others that I forgot their names, were most friendly, professional and had the entire job done in one day ... thank you very much and hope that this unit gives me the years of dependability that I have grown to love about Trane and Metro ..

After two trips from Metro Air Conditioning and a $350.00 bill, we don't have a resolution. The first trip Larry replaced the Freon and three days later, we had the same issue. He wanted to charge me $265.00 to replace a thermostat. I politely asked him to rule out any other issues before moving forward with the replacement and to call me if that was the only option that would fix our problem.

Rather than call to ask me if he could replace the thermostat, he went ahead and did it and called me to let me know "I owed him some money".

After all of this, our A/C is still not working and we're out $350.00 and had to find another company to come diagnose and resolve our problems.

I would highly recommend you continue your search for an HVAC provider rather than employ this organization.

Kind and courteous. Got the old units out and the new ones in and working. It took about 4 hours. The installers put down cloth tarps to keep my carpet clean. At the end of the install, they cleaned up their "mess" and made sure the new A/C and heater were working. I definitely recommend Metro Air Conditioning & Services.

I was very pleased with their service; Mr Larry who gave me the estimate and follow through, Mr Hector and his team for laying down tarps, a speedy installation and clean up, also Ms Rochelle who always seem to have a smile in her voice. I was extremely pleased with their professionalism and will continue to use them for anything concerning my HVAC.

I searched for HVAC companies in Oak Cliff and read the awesome reviews for this place. They had coupons at the time of my service, which was an added bonus. Literally 15 minutes after I called, the service tech Brandon was here! So nice, located the problem in minutes, and not even half an hour later it was fixed, paid, done. I am definitely using them again!

I would like to sincerely apologize to Metro Air Conditioning Services for the negative review I mistakenly posted. I confused them with another company-Willard Air Conditioning-who had subcontracted my A/C installation to a different provider.
Metro Air Conditioning actually came to my home back in July to service my old A/C system, and they did an EXCELLENT job! They were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire visit.
I truly regret not using Metro Air Conditioning for my new A/C installation. I'm confident that had I chosen them, I would have been treated with integrity and respect-and certainly not taken advantage of.

I called Metro on a Saturday afternoon. There were at my home in 1 hour and repaired my AC in 15 minutes. Replaced the capacitor and we were good to go. Outstanding service. A++

Mr. Larry took time to explain why we were experiencing the high humidity issue and what it would take to get the AC to cooling properly in a particular area of our home. He was kind and respectful of our home (put on shoe covers). He also asked for the vacuum cleaner because he may have tracked something from the attic on the carpet. He and his assistant provided superior customer service.
