I came home one evening from work to find my house HOT. Needless to say, I called ElstonAire immediately. They had a technician out first thing the next morning. DeVonne was prompt and professional. I'll definitely be using them again! Great company.

Fast, reliable and honest! Had them check out my HVAC system for the Spring and my technician went above and beyond! He even took pictures inside my attic (which I'm afraid to go into to) to show me the before and after of the work he did. Excellent service!

I was referred to this companies some years ago and have used them a couple of times. My 1st experience was great with them so when my 80 year old parents heat was not working this week with the winter storm they were the 1st to come to mind. I called and spoke to Kim and she was very pleasant. I told her my parent's situation and they they have a heat pump and she told me what to do. Later I got a call from Devon stating he was on his way to my parents hime and he explained what I needed to do being that their heater is different from most which confirmed what Kim had already told me. It worked out and so far my parents heats has been working without any problems. I want to thank you so much for being there and being so professional especially when you all were so busy. Kudos to your dad for instilling those qualities in you all. Keep up the good work....

The Elstonaire rrp came out to service my unit on one of the coldest days. He did a very thorough job of diagnosing the problem and of making the necessary repairs to get my unit up and running smoothly. Excellent service by a good and knowledgeable technician.

I recently received a service visit concerning my ac/heating unit. The technician (Devonne) was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my concerns, It was a very pleasant experience followed up by a call from an admin regarding any concerns. I've used ElstonAire at two different residences. The first house we had been scammed by another company that had sabotaged our outside unit and lied about what happened. We felt like that was fishy, and ElstonAire came out and talked us through why what the other company had claimed was not accurate. They were honest, helpful, reliable, and got the job done. I knew when I moved that they would be the first people I called if I had a problem.

Had made an appointment for my semi-annual system maintenance. Jason arrived at the appointed time. Did the maintenance quietly and efficiently. Found a problem, explained what the problem was and remedied the problem. Have been a client of ElstonAire for several years and have always been pleased with their work and customer service.

Eric was very thorough with the inspection inside and out, he explained the next steps, and followed up with a detailed email, and pictures of the before and after. He allowed us time to review the latest products without pressuring us to purchase them. Payment was quick and easy and the prices where exactly what we were quoted, with no up charges. I stumbled on to Elston Aire when I was staying in Desoto. They treated me well at that home. I had a house built in Red Oak. The HVAC was under warranty so I didn’t need their services but as soon as the warranty ended I got right back onboard with them. They do great work and do not try to up charge you. The technicians are very friendly and helpful. I have recommended them to my friends as well.

ElstonAire is a very professional and a reliable company. I had my ducts replaced back in 2019. They were very affordable and beat other companies prices. The guys that came out to perform the work were on time, professional, efficient, and clean. I was very impressed. Elston Air or A/C Geeks replaced a wall heater in my older home, and recently came out to inspect it. Stacy Elston is one of the finest folks I've worked with, and very good.
