First time customer with Hernandez AC. From the phone call to set the appointment to the actual service, the entire experience was professional, courteous, and great. Mark, the technician who performed the service was a pleasure to deal with and very thorough. He did not rush through the process and when he was done, I felt like everything had been done correctly and completely.

I was very pleased with this company. I was referred by a close friend who spoke highly of Mr. Hernandez. I called the Mr. Hernandez who picked right up and advised that he would fit us in there schedule for the next day. The next morning I received a text that their agent Mark was in route. He arrived on time. He was very professional. He called the warranty company for me without even asking to make verify coverage. He broke down exactly what was going on with the motor and compressor. They both had gone out. He was also kind enough to explain to my husband over the phone what was going on with the AC.

I reached back out to Mr. Hernandez yesterday. He contacted the parts store and they called shortly after saying that the parts had been received. Mark came back out again this morning and got us back up and running in no time.

I highly recommend this company. Good and professional small businesses are hard to come by.

Mr. Hernandez replaced our HVAC 4 years ago and at the time analyzed that we need an additional air return based on the size of the unit. It made all the difference in the world. More circulation and airflow. He also installed an upgrade for our bathroom exhaust fan. No more sweaty walls and mirrors. Excellent service and prices. He’s local and very reputable and reliable.

I've been having hell with my rental property management company. They sent 3 HVAC guys over to address my ac issue. All of which lied to me and told me my AC had no problem. This was crazy how much gas lighting was happening. I had enough and decided to call in the pros! Marcelino cam over and immediately knew there was a problem and within 2 minutes located the issue. These guys are incredible! Don't mess around with any other company, these guys are fair, honest, efficient, and excellent company. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!!

Truck with 982 area code and plate number on their trailer is Texas plate 133 820k has a wanna be hard ass employee in the passenger seat who wants to rudely stare at my wife and I so when I roll down my window and stare back he wants to throw his hands up. Glad to see this company is professional….. not. Next time you’re in Clarendon Texas check yourself before you wreck yourself.

I had an exceptional experience with this company - I was able to get same day service in an emergency setting where my heater was not working properly. Hernandez was easy to work with, quick to respond & had plenty of experience. He was able to rectify the situation within an hour for a great price - highly recommend, 10/10

Wow! They came right away and fixed the problem. Very courteous and thorough. Glad they replaced one of our systems last year.

Great fast and reliable service. Came out within hours of calling for a 3rd opinion. Pricing was straight forward and a little lower than we had from 2 other companies for the same work without any pressure to make optional upgrades or pressure to buy a new unit. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone else

Not the cheapest but price very fair for the quality of the install and the professionalism of the owner and technicians.

Owner came out at the beginning and end of the install to ensure that everything was done correctly and to owner’s satisfaction.

This is my second unit from this owner in 5 years. He stands behind his work and will be there when you need his service should you require warranty work.

Marc and his team were the best price around for both units (replaced inside and outside units), were on time, no hidden charges, and super professional! They went the extra mile on the install when the existing drain was not as it should be without an additional charge. The yearly maintenance program they offer is very reasonable and ensures the system is operating at its peak ability.
