When the the store expanded to just down the street from me I was so happy and much friendlier the home depot and they knew what I was talking about. Unlike home depot they looked like I had three heads when I went in.

i do not have an account here, I'm not a plumber. I'm just a guy trying to fix a plumbing issue at my house. This place is a great resource and the staff is knowledgeable and easy to work with.

They have signs posted that it is required to wear a mask. I have no quarrels with that request and it is their prerogative as a business to set their own rules. However, their own employees are not consistently wearing masks. Some don't have a mask on at all, some have it pulled down below their chin or below their nose, and others put it over their face and periodically remove it. If you require a face mask, then everyone in the building should be required to wear it, all employees and customers alike. Just be consistent or else you will create a level of resentment with disparate rules that don't apply to all.

Picked Up An Order And Over Heard Who I Believe Was The Floor/Warehouse Manager Speaking Horrible To Employees Calling Them Out There Name Its 100°+ Degrees Outside And Your Speaking Like That To Hard Working Employees... I Was Disgusted With His Choice Of Words.

If you want quick service, this is not the place for you. I was the first person in with another person behind and one guy on the counter help the second one threw the door. I waited 10min and no one showed up to help. I walked out and will not walk back in. The best way to loose future sales.

I am a repeat customer and I consistently have a wonderful experience. Today Grant Baker fixed a whole boatload of seemingly little things that can cause me big problems down the road. He did a great job and worked late on a Friday to get it all done.
