Gareth was communicative, prompt, open to working on a solution to our problem, honest about what needed to be done, and completed the job cheerfully and with utmost efficiency. We had a leaky bathtub faucet that we had attempted to DIY, but ran into a snag. He quickly worked out his schedule to come help us, which was a huge relief because we would not have been able to turn our water back on with the job being in progress. He helped us with a big remodel, we re-ran all the lines drain lines, new water supply lines, replaced a water heater and added a laundry room drain with connections. Blue Moon Plumbing were fast and very professional. They had to cut the brick to fix my tub/shower leak. The replacement of the brick was amazing. They were quick to respond and schedule my job. Always on time and text with information on their arrival.
