The City of Dallas has a Save Dallas Water program that will give one free low flow toilet per household to replace the old ones that use more water. The city's chosen vendor is Ferguson, who provides toilets that is their own brand.
We got one of these a few years ago and my wife has been mad at me over this ever since the first day it was installed. The hole where the flush goes down is so far towards the back, that waste sits on a platform area near the front, making the room smell awful, and oftentimes won't flush away at all. Even when it does flush a lot of residue is left behind. This is the most horrible design and should be taken off the market immediately.

I am a professional plumber who needed to get a rather expensive tool kit. Brendon here was super helpful and was able to find me exactly what I needed for a fantastic deal.

Best place around to get parts. Duane Outlaw, Daniel Billingsly, Ken Day are a always helpful and knowledgeable. These guys go the extra mile to get things done! This is the standard I’ve come to expect with Ferguson Plumbing and HVAC.

Came in asking to see if they had a replacement part for a sink I was getting installed. Three people behind the register and none were wanting to help out they were more invested in watching music videos on the computer than their customer. Not going to be returning to this location ever.

I was dealing with a bathroom renovation nightmare whereby the shower fixtures were the wrong finish and since the shower valve had already been tiled over the only solution was to try and find the corresponding fixtures to match. The problem was that the previous owner picked valves that were exclusively manufactured in Italy (for my Dallas condo)! I only knew this because of Jamie at Ferguson Plumbing. They were the only ones who were able to figure that out. Jamie was honest in delivering some bad news, Ferguson could attempt to locate an American supplier to source the fixtures, but that could take months so it wasnt going to work for our timeline. Fortunately, Jamie had a thinking-outside-of-the-box solution: replating the fixtures to the correct finish, which I would have never known to even think of... Not only did they come up with the idea, they even referred to the exact place to do it! So, although they made $0 off me and could not help me directly, they still helped immensely by providing a solution! Most vendors, upon finding out they did not have a product that they could sell, would have said "Sorry we can't help you" and moved on, but not Ferguson. 5 ☆ Service - I'd be comfortable recommending Ferguson to anybody! Today I showed up at the Indian trail store at 4:28 PM on a Friday. I tried to get there sooner but just couldn't. Anyway I apologized to the guys,Ruben and Jeff for showing up last minute and had two purchases totalling about $2500. They assured me it was no trouble,they stayed past closing time and pulled the orders and did not mind. Thank you Ruben and Jeff. These guys are awesome. I recommend Ferguson to anyone who has ANY plumbing needs.

Kendra really stepped up for me when I needed someone to provide timely feedback and assistance with ordering kitchen materials! As someone that works in customer service, it is always encouraging to receive assistance and not feel like I have to know anything about the products and just rely on their expertise. Kudos Kendra - most appreicated! Know where I will always go if I need help in the future!!

Bad company bad costumer service
I paid cash and next day I returned the item. They said we don’t have cash to give me my money back. Which is only $263.14
I was been waiting for more than 3 weeks . and every time I call for this company, no one knows what’s going on or where is my check

I just visited this store an hour ago and if i could give 0 stars i would. I am not a plummer as this company sells nothing but pluming supply. I went there with intention of being helped with my part and go on my way. Unfortunately, the large guy at the counter was no help just pointed me to the aisle of where I might find the part. I was not able to find or make out what part i needed, i kept asking for help hoping the representative would get up from the counter and off the computer to assist, which he didn't. again he said looks like a 1 1/4 you need i advise him it for a standard kitchen sink, he said there is no such thing as standard, took him the bos of the item and asked would this be it he stated "it says it on the box". I got upset and asked do you want to help me because it seems you don't want to get up from your chair, the reply " and I am not going to get up". At this point I just informed the manager of the poor customer service and effort on the employee and how it negatively impacts the image. He did attempt to help, however why would i want to spend money where i was just treated like garbage

I've been to every Ferguson location in the metroplex, as I'm a 30 year plumbing trade professional. This location, specifically Steve Bush, is amazing. I had a situation after hours and Steve was able to get a store opened after hours for me to get a hospital back on line. Thank you so much for being there when we need it!

Customer service at its finest!
I know walking into this Ferguson location Steve Bush and their loyal team are there to help! Each and every customer being made top priority. They come in early and stay late making sure everyone's needs are handled with upmost respect. Not to mention the quality parts and equipment sold by Ferguson.
I recommend this store/location to everyone from professionals to folks doing DYI projects!

I have no idea if Love Field Plumbing is good or not as they didn't respond to an on-line inquiring on their website, didn't respond to a phone message or answer subsequent phone calls on multiple attempts. I guess we will go elsewhere to find plumbing services

Love Field Plumbing has gone WAY above and beyond to help save my Mom's 60 yr old plumbing. It's a slab foundation so it's is pretty tricky. They have been super patient with all the relatives getting involved with calling the office to try and figure out what is going on with her plumbing. Thanks so much

Fantastic customer service, good attention to detail, great communication, prompt arrival times, they do what they say they will do and explain everything to the homeowner. They did all the communication work with the gas company and the city inspector. Todd, JR, Anthony, and John are great!

I emphatically praise this company. Due to a gas leak, I had my gas cut off during a three day freeze. Despite the dangerous roads, the owner made sure to find someone to come to my aid. Anthony braved the elements to make sure everything that needed to get done to get my heat turned back on was completed as quickly as possible. I could not be more pleased from start to finish from this company.

I've used LFP for work on both my residential and commercial properties. After the great freeze of February 2021, I had a pipe to my exterior water hose bib burst in my garage. LFP was able to come out almost immediately and address the issue without overcharging me. The work was done professionally and included extra insulation to prevent future freezes. Today, I had LFP come out for another freeze issue and to replace a dual control main for my commercial irrigation system. Anthony came out and completed both project in 3 1/2 hours but the quality of work was amazing. The insulation work Anthony did on the freeze burst repair looked almost factory grade quality. I was highly impressed and will continue using LFP in the future. Thanks Todd!
