FTR Service Co was sent to us from our home warranty company for clogged drain. From initial communication to finish, Rey was prompt & professional. He was able to quickly identify & fix our problem. I was so pleased with the whole process that I used his service again to replace our old bathroom faucets.

Rey was able to advise on what we needed and he helped us make decisions on how to proceed. He also found the best deal, picked up, and installed the new water heater quickly. Rey got me squared away with a new water heater for my first home. This was my first swing at getting a hot water heater replaced and Rey made it a great experience. Within a week he assessed the need and replaced the tank. The replacement was super quick and he charged a fraction of the cost of the big name companies in the area. I will definitely use Rey again for any of my plumbing needs. I highly recommend him if you're looking for great value and great service.

Absolutely satisfied with FTR SERVICE COMPANY! They were on time, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. It's rare to find such a reliable and trustworthy company these days.

I can't speak to quality of service or workmanship...but I did call, set up appt and waited during allotted time but no one arrived. I called following Monday to ask why, was given a good apology and set up another time on Friday to come by. Took more time off work, no one showed up so called an hr later. They said they were packing up and on their way. 2.5 hrs later and no one had shown. Called back and have yet to hear why 2 complete no shows, no updates. Not a fan of leaving these but want to be informative.

Needed a compression part for the water put on for a new dishwasher that needed installed.They did this and finished putting my dishwasher in. Told me they guaranteed for a year,, which pleased me. Highly recommend.

Had a leak from the kitchen drainage going into the stack that was causing MAJOR issues. Very professional and responsive, got a quote and on the day of service arrived on-time, worked quickly, and took all the same steps that had been described to me. No more leak, and it's quality work that we won't have to worry about in the future.

Called to inquire about water heater replacement. Very courteous gentleman called me back to inform they are a small company with one truck and first available appointment was a week out. My needs were more pressing so I declined but they have excellent reviews in my surrounding neighborhoods.

I almost hate to give a review as I would like to keep Spec as a hidden secret. However, I can't help but give kudos to this crew. This team did efficient work and accomplished everything I asked including: Faucet cartridge replacement, angle stop valve replacement, dishwasher hose replacement, anode rod replacement, and hot water heater line soldering. Do yourself a favor and get an hourly plumber like Speck to complete your more straight-forward plumbing tasks. You won't be disappointed.

These are the premier go-to plumbers in east Dallas. They are very familiar with the types of homes in the area as they have been servicing the neighborhood for a very long time. Was able to solve a complex gas line issue for our 100 year old house that involved some tight crawlspaces and creativity to avoid opening walls/floors.

Well we had a link in the kitchen and my landlord call and as soon as he accepted the contact they were here very nice and polite good men that billy joe Carlos he did a great job
