Great service in repairing a gas leak at our Barber Shop in Plano (Boardroom Salon @ Lakeside Market). The entire team representing Jason, Anthony, and Todd worked together along with The City of Plano and Atmos Gas in getting everything taken care. If there were six stars, I would had selected it.

I paid 577.74$ to Love Field Plumbing. Parts used cost 8.99$ Anthony is who they sent. Very inexperienced. 2-3 hours of installing a new kitchen faucet. Evert time, (3-4), Anthony said the job was done it kept leaking from the neck of the new faucet spout. He kept tightening joints underneath. Not being knowledgeable enough to see, until I pointed it out, the center spout was defective. I tried to be 6ft away but I had to stand right there with him to help. He had no problem charging me full price for wasted time. I now will try to install a new unit myself. He did complete replacing a gasket in my toilet tank and replaced the shower pieces that showed. He was able to use a screwdriver. Just beware. Thank You. I'm selecting 1 star as I could not post with none. He only used a cell phone flashlight.

Came out same day found a break in sewer line will be using again

They did a great job unclogging my main sewer line — the work itself was excellent and the issue was resolved. I paid in full and was satisfied with the repair.

The only downside was the follow-up. After payment, it became difficult to get them back on the phone and schedule a return visit for remaining items.

Overall, the quality of work was very good, but I would recommend making sure all services are fully completed before making final payment.

Complete unprofessional! Don’t hire him for ANY job! My company hired him to replace a water heater at one of our locations & paid him in full $1,500 for the job. We’ve verified that he’s cashed the check BUT hasn’t done the work! He ignores all calls & texts & when we call from a different number & explain why we’re calling he hangs up & blocks us. Complete scam artist. What he doesn’t know but will soon enough is that this has been reported to the police & were pressing charges! Please don’t become a victim like we did.

I dealt with this guy “Rey“ for one week, and he was doing great services for my house, my sisters house, and my business, so I thought I built trust with him but it turned out He’s bad like any other Plumber unfortunately! He installed a water heater and told me it should be heating within 30 minutes and I trusted him and paid him fully for it. Here we are 10 days later, NO HOT WATER and he will not answer my calls or texts anymore! Disgusting! Never use this guy!
