Outstanding. Replaced all of the cast iron pipe under the slab in 10 days from start to finish. Left the yard and flower beds in great shape considering all of the digging.

Accurate Leak did an excellent job replacing my rotted out cast iron sewer line under the house and all the way to the city sewer line. There were a few small hickups but they responded quickly to any issues I brought to their attention. I highly recomend Accurate to anyone needing to replace a sewer in north texas.

Their estimate was fair, they scheduled and started on time, notified us everyday of their anticipated arrival and what they would do on that day. They were courteous, informative, friendly and professional. They rerouted all our hot and cold lines through the attic and abandoned all the in slab copper, due to a slab leak. Cleaned up after themselves every day and took their trash away. They did a couple of little extra things for us and charged exactly what the original proposal was for and no more. Will continue to recommend them, they did a great job for us! Thanks to Patrick and his team!

Christian and Chad with Accurate Leak & line were very professional in the way they deal with my wife and me. My wife and I were buying a home (40 years old) and a foundation engineer who inspected our foundation recommended we have the pipes under the foundation checked for leaks. I selected Accurate to come out and run the initial tests based on reviews I read. They found two leaks in the sewage pipes. After buying the house I selected Accurate to make a proposal and go over in detail with me what would be involved in repairing these two leaks. Chad worked up their proposal and came out to our home to go over it with us. We understood what was going to be involved and what the cost was going to be before work began. The work proceeded on schedule and the whole process took three days and it included repaving a portion of our driveway. I would use Accurate Leak & Line again on any similar issues. I have a high level of confidence in their work and commitments.

We were thinking about replacing our sewer line and got an insane estimate (plus some scare tactics) from Public Service Plumbers. We called Accurate for a second opinion, who sent out Josh who did another inspection. Great guy and an honest man who advised against doing any extensive work since the pipes are working and there’s no emergent problems. You can’t buy that kind of strong character. He could have tried to take us for thousands but instead was polite, honest, forthright, and thorough. If anything does go south they’ll be who I call.

After 24 years in our now 50 year old house, the beautiful live oaks' roots invaded the sewer under our slab. I called one company that wanted $500+ to run a camera and check the situation. Called Accurate Leak and they said $300. They also have a system of repairs for leaky sewer lines that can be done from above with no digging. The root invasion did not allow this so a tunnel and repair were necessary. The quote from Accurate Leak was substantially less than the other company's quote. They did the job in a timely way. Also very importantly they provided good continuing information on when the different stages could be accomplished. As a bonus they installed a new toilet at no extra charge.

They would have gotten 5 stars were that level a choice.

Had the cast iron pipes under my house replaced and a portion by the kitchen rerouted to minimize cost. Great work - including the brick work. Thank you for taking care of me - even if it is one of the last things I wanted to spend money on!!

Very professional company offering sewer replacement as well as CIPP Liner. I took 3 bids for the complete sewer replacement at my home. AL&L was slightly higher than the low bidder, but they were the only company offering a CIPP Liner as an option. The main reason I chose them was their ability to provide a Liner for one sewer line, which would cause less landscape damage in my backyard. However, they discovered a problem when they were ready to install the Liner, and had to tunnel 20 ft under our slab to connect to sewer piping they had already installed, which was more costly to them. They did considerably more work than originally planned, but they did not complain, and finished the work within the originally quoted price. Bottom line: we are very pleased with our choice of AL&L, they were prompt, professional, thorough, efficient, and returned our landscape to the condition they found it in when they began (within reason).

Hey, very impressive!! Quick to start and quick to finish. Christian was super helpful and nice. Always answered my calls and questions. Got to admit was a little scary seeing our lawn all tore up, looked like serious demolition. They finished ahead of schedule and left everything like nothing ever happened!! Super pleased and excited knowing our home now has new dependable plumbing. I Highly recommend them, price and quality exceeded my expectations!

We live in DFW in a house that was built in 1959 with all cast iron pipes under the house. The cast iron pipes had deteriorated so bad that water was just pooling under the house and causing foundation issues, so we decided it was time to get the work done and re-route all of our plumbing. We got quotes from 3 different companies and Accurate Leak & Line had the best pricing and the longest warranty! They completed the entire project in 8 business days! All the work was done outside, so they did not need to dig inside! We were able to stay in the house the entire time and they ensured we had our water back on each night when we got home from work. We got an update at the end of each day about what was done that day and what was happening the next day. There was some damage to our sprinkler system (zone not working and sprinkler heads broken) and they even have that covered and had the sprinkler company they partner with come out and fix it at no additional cost to us. The price we were quoted is the price we paid and not a penny more!
I hope no one has to have this project done at their home, but if you do, Accurate Leak & Line is who you should choose!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the extensive work done at my house by the team at Accurate Leak and Line (AL&L) to replace my worn-out and leaky cast iron sewer piping with PVC. They were recommended to me by a close friend from my church for whom they had done a similar project a year or so ago.

I’m in my mid-60s and have dealt with more contractors than I can count over the nearly 40 years I’ve been a homeowner. Accurate Leak and Line checks ALL the boxes when it comes to being an excellent contractor. Initial assessment, proposal, communication, implementation, and follow-up were all handled with professionalism, consistency and courtesy. They showed up each day exactly when they said they would. When my personal OCD tendencies showed up and I asked too many questions, Christian, my project manager, responded graciously and respectfully to every question I had. The excavation crew from Deanda Excavation was first-rate with every facet of the digging, tunneling and backfill. They took great care with my yard and house during each phase of their work. The team of AL&L plumbers that handled the actual replacement of all the cast iron with PVC (and it was a TEAM – I think it was at least 6 or 7 plumbers) knocked out the entire plumbing job in a single day, and did it with astonishing efficiency. Andres, who supervised the plumbing crew, was very helpful and thoughtful.
The plumbers went above and beyond in ways I definitely didn’t anticipate. For example, they installed two dedicated in-ground cleanouts that never existed at my house before for easy maintenance access at the kitchen sink and half bath drains. If there’s ever a clog, it will be easier than ever to clear. When the project was finished, my house and property were undamaged and greatly improved.

On the cost side – Accurate Leak and Line charged me the same amount that another reputable contractor had quoted – but the competing quote was ONLY to replace the cast iron plumbing under the house and did not include the long run of pipe (actually two separate runs) from my house to the city sewer service at the alley. Because of this difference in project scope, the Accurate Leak and Line quote ended up being substantially lower than the competing quote. And the job is now 100% done.

If you ever need this kind of project done, use these guys! You won’t regret it.

My experience with Accurate Leak & Line was awesome. The entire team was prompt, courteous and professional and their expertise is second to none. They did everything they said they would do and did so promptly. In a time when customer service is becoming more and more a rarity, this was not my experience with this organization and it is always rewarding to work with a team who still puts customer service as a priority. I highly recommend Accurate Leak and Line. They are the best of the best. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive, courteous and tenacious. I had a thorny, complex, multi-pronged issue involving pier and beam. They painstakingly and meticulously worked to figure it out, including recommending another expert when needed. Everyone one from the office manager to the techs, managers and third-party excavators were excellent. Landscaping was also nicely preserved. Highly recommend!

We had a clogged pipe and it was unfortunately determined that we needed an entire sewer line replacement. I came across Accurate Leak & Line and had them take a look and provide a quote for replacing the cast iron with modern pvc pipe. They were very reasonable in their pricing so I went ahead and contracted their services. I could not be any happier. The team who performed the work, both the diggers and the plumbers, were exceptional. Everything went smooth, even though the pathway to the city line was very difficult to trench. The entire job took only 8 days, and the yard looked identical (if not better) then before the work. I highly recommend their work if you need your sewer line repaired/replaced.

Accurate Lean & Line performed a full sewer Line re-route for my house. Their price came in substantially lower than others (still pricey) and the qualtity was fantastic. The crew was very professional and went above and beyond. They fixed leaks and replaced valves outside the scope of the work and did not nickel and dime us. Will use again in the future. I am hard to please and they were fantastic.

Accurate Leak and Line replaced all of our old patchworked lead/cast iron/clay/PVC cracked, leaking, and seperated sewar pipes in the house we recently purchased. We were told the project time would take 3.5 weeks, however they finished in 1.5 weeks to try to save our lawn and landscaping. We are grateful for their expertise in concrete slab leaks. Very professional but also reasonably priced. Accurate Leak was the lowest of the three bids I received, but also had some of the best online reviews. No one wants to hear they have a foundation leak, but Accurate team did a great job from the initial service rep to the teams closing back the holes after the work was done. Would use again.

AL&L have been fantastic. I brought in 6 local companies for bids to do a complete repipe of my 70+ year old cast iron sewer system and bring it up to modern standards. Not only was AL&L the best priced of them all, but they were the only one to offer a 10 year warranty on the work, no one else came even close to that confidence in their work. Very professional service. Not cheap, but a job well done. They had to dig through a flower bed and 8 feet under my foundation. When they were done, there was no evidence of them ever being there. Even the mulch was back in place.
