They explained in detail what needed to be done to our understanding. If we need to ever have additional work performed we would use Reeves Plumbing. I've been using Reeves Family Plumbing since I was a kid. My parent used them as well. Consistency is important. They are always punctual fair and quality with their work and always have been. DJ came out today to replace our water heater that burst over night. Tammy in the office called me first thing and had DJ over doing the repare before noon. fine enough but i was hoping for more of a long-term plumbing contact as i just purchased my first home. i have had one service call be completed and it was quick and easy. the technician was great and solved the issue.

i've reached out regarding two additional issues but got radio silence after a couple of messages in both times. i absolutely understand if my concerns aren't something you can address, but to be completely disregarded twice is weird. i was recommending this company to friends and family based on my first (and A+ experience) but i'll refrain from that moving forward.

Reeves Pro Plumbing provides excellent service…. They are extremely reliable! Each time I have used them, they take time to explain the problem and how to fix it. I am so glad a neighbor told me about them… they are the best!

Very happy with the services provided! Reasonable price and the plumbers that came out were professional, courteous, and very considerate in explaining what they were doing and letting me know ahead of time as to additional work/estimated costs above what was quoted due to an unanticipated issue in my water heater setup. I really appreciate not only that they explained the additional scope but that they didn't just do it and then give me a surprise up-charge at the end nor just ignore the existing issue. We have been using Reeves Family Plumbing for many years. They are reliable, honest, and do a professional job. Tammy in the front office is a delight! She's always positive, friendly, and compassionate to your plumbing issues! The technicians are very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. For our last 2 big project jobs, we had "DJ" for our technician. He was on time, respectful, and very hard working!! He explained everything to us in layman terms and was pleasant to work with throughout the project! Our last job required a city code inspection. Reeves helped get the code inspection scheduled and were with us through the whole process. We recommend Reeves to our family and friends!!

Juan quickly returned my call on Sunday afternoon and promised to have someone at my house as soon as possible on Monday. Fernando was efficient and thorough in diagnosing and fixing my air conditioning leak. Every employee was gracious and helpful. The cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Reeves Family Plumbing!

Reeves has been our plumbing company for many years and houses and they have never let us down. Today was no exception. We came home to a leak in our ceiling and they responded immediately. Jordan and JD arrived as soon as they could and were professional and fixed the issue right away.

Just had my water heater replaced by Reeves plumbing. They gave me a great price and were very efficient in the installation process. I Shopped around and got four different quotes and there’s was the most fair of them all. Their plumber is DJ and Jordan were also very professional and did a great job on the installation. They were quick to respond and were willing to schedule a work day and time before the inspection. While Jordan and Dj were working they were open to questions and adjusted to my requests while also getting the job done within the time estimate they had given.

Reeves has recently helped us with a couple of line breaks on our property. Both times, they were onsite extremely quickly and saved us so much time and money with quick repairs. These guys are great!

Reeves did a great job on a difficult sewer line replacement project. Our house it probably 25-30' above street level with clay soil and they had to tunnel about 6' deep to run the line under our retaining wall. I was also impressed at their trenching crew. They prepared an approximately 60' squared off trench quickly. They also had to clear some roots, rocks and railroad ties to allow the line to be laid.

Great experience! The plumber repaired my bathroom tap and checked other pipes as well. Very polite and efficient service.

100% SCAM. CROOKS. My Rheem water heater stopped working. They came out, said it was leaking gas and needed to be replaced and would cost $4,000. I FIXED IT FOR $18 BY JUST REPLACING THE IGNITER CABLE. THE ENTIRE UNIT COSTS $800. I will be getting a refund.

RE: "Response from Owner" -- My unit was not "leaking gas" -- that was a lie. The only thing wrong with it was the $18 igniter cable, but of course they didn't say that. Rheem unit RTG-84XLN-1 price is very clear on their website.
