Had no issues with the repair. Office responds quickly to requests. Sent a plumber named DJ to fix my bathroom, and was finished quickly and properly. Would highly recommend.

I called with an emergency ground leak. Tammy dispatched a plumber ASAP. William showed up and assessed the issue. He was amazing! He was a great communicator, explaining the issue and the options to tackle it. The fix took him longer than he anticipated, but he kept a positive attitude and continued to update me on developments—despite it being a hot, muggy mid-August afternoon. And he gave me some pro tips on the best ways to handle the next emergency until a plumber can arrive. What a great team here at Reeves! If you’re in the Dallas area, these are your guys!

Reeves Family Plumbing is the best. I highly recommend them, our old house has had it's share of issues from irrigation to main line issues and Reeves always is able to see us same day when we really need them. They know our house, they remember us, it's really nice to see the same guys come out and check up on things. They are honest and fair and I feel like they care about getting the job done as well as letting us know exactly what is going on and what our options are.

I recently contacted Reeves Family Plumbing to address a clogged PVC pipe coming from my AC unit and leading to the drain. During my initial call, the staff was very friendly and professional. I clearly explained the issue and inquired if they could handle the clog, as well as whether they serviced my area. They assured me that they could address the problem.

However, when the technician arrived, he explained that they only handle clogs where the PVC pipe feeds into the drain and could only unclog the trigger drain. Consequently, I paid $90 to be informed that they do not deal with the specific issue I had described over the phone.

While the technician was professional, I found it frustrating and a waste of time and money that this information wasn't conveyed during my initial call. This could have been easily clarified over the phone, saving both parties unnecessary inconvenience.

Response To Owner:

I am writing to address the owner's response to my complaint and to seek clarification on several points of concern.

During the service visit, the technician explained that a cable could not be run through the PVC pipe due to the curvature of the pipe coming from the air conditioner handler. He advised that the only way to proceed would be to cut the PVC pipe to run the cable through.

Additionally, I noticed a discrepancy in the spelling of my name in your correspondence, which raises concerns about the attention to detail in handling my case. Furthermore, I informed your technician that there is only one drain line feeding from the air conditioner, with the other being the emergency drain line, which is not clogged. Despite this, he advised me to contact the air conditioner company, as your company believed the main drain was clogged.

Given these circumstances, I believe the information provided over the phone was insufficient and led to a misunderstanding of the services your company could provide. This has resulted in unnecessary expenditure and inconvenience on my part.

To address this matter appropriately, I request a copy of the recording of my initial call. You have my contact information on file. Please provide this recording at your earliest convenience to assist in resolving this issue.

Our toilet started leaking and was clogged. Jordan and DJ were very friendly and helpful when it came to explaining what needed to get done. They finished quickly and cleaned everything up at the end. Definitely recommend!

A Saturday mid morning call to Reeves Family Plumbing had my sewer backup snaked and scoped by 3:00 pm. I was greeted by a jolly knowledgeable serviceman who found the issue to be a Spectrum cable that was drilled through my pipe. I then called Monday morning for a dig and repair service which OMG they started on it within 2 hour and was done by 4pm. When you need a carrying plumbing company, call Reeves.

Our first experience with Reeves Family Plumbing was when we needed a new water heater installed in our home. This involved bringing the old water heater down the attic stairs and taking the new one up. It wasn't an easy job but Juan and his partner were thorough and professional. We recently needed a faucet installed in our bathroom. Jose and Damien helped us with that. Thank you Jose for explaining the issue and coming back to fix it. Thank you Damien for being so well mannered and polite. Reeves Family Plumbing is a women and family owned company that is great for all your plumbing needs. Jordan and DJ installed a 2 way clean out after using a camera to located the sewer pipe. They got the job done without issues. Work occured on the two days that they said it would. Overall a good experience with the company and cost competitive. Much more competitive than the big names.

What a fantastic experience! We needed a hot water replaced quickly, and not only did they get on it within 24 hours, they even helped me find a very skinny water heater to fit in the small closet in hour older home. Both ladies I spoke with in the office were super polite and very professional.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink. Reeves said they'd arrive between 9 am and noon, and 2 plumbers showed up at 9:03 am. Turns out the leak was caused by a couple of connections that needed re-tightening. Reeves charged us NOTHING, not even the basic fee for a service call!
We've used them many times. Always reliable, always excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Reeves family plumbing is my default for all plumbing issues in my home. I don’t give out recommendations easily, but I highly recommend them. They are friendly and professional, and they don’t try to press an upsell on everything. I know what I need. They know how to do it. Pricing is fair and the job is always done right the first time. I’ve used Reeves twice now and I was pleased with the speed of their response and the way they handled both issues. They had to cut into a wall to access a drain clean out and they did it in a closet and installed an access panel so there is no mess and it can be accessed in the future. They also replaced the drain line to the A/C in my attic and charged less than half of the price I was quoted by the HVAC company. I will definitely use this company in the future and recommend them to my neighbors.
