I had a leaking pipe in my front yard and called Ares Plumbing because it came up on Chatgpt as leak detection experts offering free estimates. I had 2 more on the list to call but did not because everything was fast and easy with Ares. They got someone out to look at my leak the same afternoon, explained where they think the leak was and offered me 2 options. Everything he explained made sense to me and I decided to replace the entire length of the line from the curb stop to my house. The diggers arrived 2 days later after the rains stopped, snd Ares came back the day after to replace the water line, the double check backflow assembly and installed a shutoff assembly closer to the house. The work was done efficiently with minimal water disruption. I was able to take my shower in the morning, make my coffee ... and drink from bottled water for a few hours while the water was turned off. The work was completed by the afternoon and they explained it would take a few days before the city could come out to inspect. They continued to communicate with me regarding the inspection and came back to the house to hand me the inspection green tag when the inspection was completed. Then they told me the diggers should be back in a day or two to refill the ditches. Everything went smoothly and expectations were communicated and managed. It was a very uneventful event for me, which is the best kind under these circumstances. I appreciate their professionalism, communication and efficiency.

I used Ares Plumbing to get my gas turned on for the heater to work in the cold times. They were able to do so in a timely fashion and was very helpful and understanding and accomodating in the aftercare. My heater was not working right away and they were able to come back and troubleshoot it to get it working. I had a great experience overall and would recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber. They were very transparent on their pricing too

I had a great experience with Ares Plumbing. My pipe behind my washer burst and Gladimir went above and beyond for me. I recently had back surgery, and he moved everything out of the way so that I didn't hurt myself. I will definitely recommend them and use them for any of my future plumbing needs.

Ares Plumbing is the only plumbing company I’ll ever use. Their teams are prompt, professional, personable, and highly communicative, and priced competitively. I’ll share more below but really, all I can say is this is the company to call on.

In renovating our home, we’ve had to call on plumbers a few times for everything from water heater installation to pipe repair and replacement. Our first call to Ares Plumbing was regarding backed up line in our kitchen. They came, took care of the job and then offered to snake the line and really figure out what the problem was for a more permanent solution. I hadn’t told them that we were already aware that our cast iron pipes leading out of the house were corroded. They shared the video, highlighting problem areas and provided us with a quote and timeline to replace everything that same day. Their quote came in lower than those we’d had over two years ago from other companies.

There was never a point where I didn’t know what was going on or when it would be done. They had permits ready within 2 days and work began immediately (the week after Christmas even).

While I truly hope to never NEED to call them again, Ares is the only plumbing service I’ll ever use.

I was in bad spot when my water heater took a dump and started leaking overnight the day before my wife's bday. Worst part is, I couldn't use the shutoff valve on the actual tank because it was stripped and had to shut off the main. At this point we are a family with no water. Did the whole frantic search for someone to come do a tank replacement. They were all just too far out appointment wise and some are still contacting me and ARES is already done lol. Aaron gave me his personal number, a quote and scheduled the maintenance before anyone else even contacted me. The techs arrived at 930am and were done before noon, boom! Quote stayed the same no bs. Daniel & Gladimir were absolutely phenomenal. Can't thank you guys enough for saving my wife's birthday week the way you did. Guess these are my new plumbers.

I am impressed with Ares Plumbing. First, they answer their phone! I was always able to get Sylvia on the phone and I feel like she always gave me a true picture of the timing and the process of getting my gas line up and running. Then Gladimir was at my house and he was excellent. He is patient and friendly. He also really cared about my job. In the end the project was competed on time and on budget. These are nice people to work with!

I have found my forever plumber! Thanks to Matthew and Caleb for all their help getting my tankless water heaters descaled. I also finally have great water pressure in my shower! They were thorough and made calls to find the best price for outdoor faucet leaks. I plan to use them in the future for all my plumbing issues1

We are grateful to have Christopher’s help with the gas line for our fireplace. He took time to look into the issue and went down to the crawl space to make a thorough check. He was extremely careful and explained everything to us. He also showed us pictures and videos of the issue. He is truly amazing!

Prompt and honest. Christopher settled my hot water concerns and it ended up not costing anything to fix. So I had them take care of a few other items off my punch list since I had extra money in the budget.

Matt took the time to explain the issues we were having, helped my husband navigate the decisions that needed to be made, and were very conscious of our time and the cost of the work. I would highly recommend them for any and every plumbing need you may have.

The team at Workman Plumbing is amazing. They show up on time and always very professional—from the way they present themselves to the way they treat me as a customer. They are very courteous and thoughtful. They planned out everything they needed to do for my project beforehand and had everything ready to go from prep to cleanup.

And, obviously, most importantly, the work was great. We had a bathroom tub/shower that had not been working for years. They got it working without any issues. I wish I would have thought to take before and after pictures. Next time.

I called Workman Plumbing previously for a time sensitive issue and Matt’s quick response, honesty and transparency diagnosing what may be wrong, and the quality of the resulting work is what really stands out. I called again for several less urgent items to fix and the experience was consistent…on-time, very professional, transparent with pricing up front, and explains what is wrong and the options available. Pricing is very reasonable. Overall great customer service. I highly recommend Matt and his team for any plumbing needs. I will definitely be using them again when needed.
