The plumbers Casa View sent out were a little early (fine by me!) and were friendly and professional. They replaced a leaky pipe under my house in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. I plan on using them in the future!

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Water heater went out on a Friday afternoon. I was initially told they couldn't get to it until Monday morning. But then they called about 30 minutes later and said one of their crews finished a job early and they could do the job that day. The crew of 4 removed the old gas water heater from my attic and installed the new one in about 90 minutes! Thankfully I didn't have to take cold showers all weekend.

Was having some leak issues with an outside faucet right before the big storm. They came quickly and fixed it quite quickly. Also showed me around my two water shut-off valves which was quite helpful. They diagnosed faulty piping to/from the hot water heater but also came up with a solution for it that was of no cost.

Really happy and will hire them again!

Casa View Plumbing Saved The Day ! During the recent freeze snap I had standing water through out the garage and called CVP they were out the next day to find the problem which was the water heater had busted and they were able to cap it off to stop the leaking so i could still have water I also asked for cost on a shut-off valve at the house. They gave a competitive cost and showed up on time for my install appointment. What really stands out to me is I was not taking advantage of or price gouged in my time of an emergency plumbing issue and that earned them a repeat customer when the time comes. Thank You to the entire super friendly team at Casa View Plumbing from the front office staff who handled my calls and quotes to the technicians and their helpers who handled the work.

This is our second time using Casa View Plumbing and it is another very positive experience. Jose is always professional with 30 years of know-how, and he does a great job of mentoring those with less experience. We recently had foundation work done and needed a quote to repair some leaks under our home. We had several companies come out, but none felt as trustworthy, transparent, or knowledgeable as Casa View Plumbing. They were honest in their assessment and never attempted to upsell us on services we didn’t need.

While they were here, we also asked them to look at a few additional issues and they were able to fix everything on the spot — which we were incredibly grateful for. Their communication was great, they arrived on time, and the overall experience was outstanding.

I have used Casa View Plumbing for many years and have never been disappointed with their professionalism and plumbing expertise. This time was no exception as Mike and Jehovany diagnosed my clogged drain with precision and adeptly cleared the blockage. They clearly explained the reason for the blockage and recommended future repairs to my clean outs and sewer juncture.

Casa View Plumbing has been consistently outstanding. They have been in business for years, and it shows. As master plumbers, you can immediately tell you are dealing with true professionals, not a fly-by-night operation. Jose is the plumber who usually comes to my home, and he is exceptional. He knows how to fix anything. The work is done correctly the first time, and it lasts. When you hire them, you are paying for expertise, experience, and long-term solutions, not temporary fixes. It is rare to find service companies you completely trust. I have finally found a great electrician, a solid AC company, and now the best plumber I could ask for. In December ‘25, we called Casa View Plumbing for service. Our first time to call them. It was a ‘simple’ call to unclog kitchen sink drain.
We scheduled the appointment, with Anna; she was professional, courteous and explained the process. We opted to take the annual Service plan they offer saving us money on the first appointment.
Plumber arrived as scheduled, unstopped the drain, checked other lines and left.
Then…30 days later, the day before the ice hit, I was pleasantly surprised when I answered the door and a Casa View Plumbing technician was here with faucet covers to ensure our outside faucets were protected from the
forecasted freezing weather. Wow! Did not see that coming!
And, it was Included in the service plan; they came to check on us without being called.
We are impressed and appreciative of the quality service we have received thus far.

I had an excellent experience with Casa View Plumbing. Annie in the office was very helpful. Technicians Hernan and David were both nice, friendly and explained everything. They worked quickly and even cleaned up the mess the old water heater caused.

My name is Angela, I definitely recommend Casa View Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work. I needed a permit pulled on my property before Atmos will connect gas services which was foreign to me. I went online and contacted Casa View Plumbing after reviewing other companies. Annie knew exactly what I needed and sent her crew to work. Casa View Plumbing crew were able to get all the testing done, contacted the city of Dallas for inspecting and was finally approved before Atmos energy re-start gas services in my property. I am pleased with the work they did.

Casaview Plumbing is a great company. I had a lot of Problems not on the technicians fault, but thought the equipment that I had and they made their business to come out and change it every time they did work in my front yard on my pipes, They installed all of my toilets and Annie’s been just Sweet. She anything I need. She take care of her for me and I appreciate that. I’ll get five stars and recommend everybody use them.

The kitchen sink was leaking and Casa View was able to come out and repair the leak, including replacing sink hardware, pipes, as well as performing repairs to the pipes in the walls. Now everything is working great and the repaired area was returned to good condition as well! Service was professional, responsive, kind, and affordable.

Casa View Plumbing did an excellent job installing a new water heater at my home. They were able to haul away the old unit and install the new one the very next day, which I really appreciated.
Annie, the receptionist, was super helpful and patiently answered all of my questions throughout the process. The technicians who came out for the installation were very respectful, professional, and did a great job.

Their name is fitting, because now my house is a sight to behold! All jokes aside. They did a wonderful job. They worked with me, gave me a better, more modular, quote that fit in my budget, and still quickly fixed my leak with care. Friendly group too!

I had a water leak 5 days before Christmas 2025. After the water was gone, I needed a plumber to fixed where the leak came from. Unfortunately the insurance company does not pay for plumber service. I went on the next door app and found casa view plumbing, they came out right away, The plumbers were very respectful of my property and put on shoe covers, greeted me professionally. after their inspection I was given a total and set an immediate repair date a few days later. I had some cost concerns so the master plumber walked me through my options, gave me his phone # for my questions and made me comfortable in choosing casa view plumbing. Overall I took a leap with this company and was satisfied with the staff and work. I still have repairs going on so, I haven't not been able to use the shower. Also got to give credit to Annie she was awesome and excellent in getting back when leaving a message. I will be contacting them for future jobs and recommendations. . I gave 4 stars because they have to come back when shower is completed to uncap the shower pipe.
