Paid $907. Roto rooted roots. Informed they would eventually grow back. Told I need to replace pipes for 10k, so no warranty. Same issue happened again 7 days later. Came out today. Wants to charge more to fix what wasn’t fixed 7 days ago. Based on his logic, had the issue happened the following day after paying $907, returning the following day would have resulted in more money. Why not complete what the $907 paid for? So upsetting. Shame on you. That was already expensive by comparison for what he did/didn’t do, but I wanted to make sure the result was good. So much for due diligence.

Mr. Rooter came to my home to check for a leak. When Clint arrived and tested the city water meter, he found that there was no water leaking. His only job was to check for any leaks. However, when I informed him that my water bill was over $400 and that another company came out to repair a toilet leak and replace a shower cartridge, Clint wanted to add this in his report. I asked him not to do that because I would be sending the water department my invoice from the other company and just to write his findings. He became agitated and told me that he did not want to be involved in anything fraudulent. I was very much offended. He stormed away and said that he wasn't going to write anything for me and left. Very professional.

We had a bad experience. We called Mr. Rooter because our main water pipe in the front yard had a leak. The plumber came out and said he couldn't warranty his work because the pressure in the pipes were too high going to the house. He fixed the pipes, buried it and two weeks, it started leaking again. I knew he wouldnt warranty his work, so I called Roto Rooter. They thought the work completed by the Mr Rooter was not a plumber. The fix had metal pinched down so hard, a leak sprung. Also, the house water pressure doesn't even effect this main pipe, so he could have warrantied his work. I was charged $1,500 for poor work that failed. Fyi- Roto Rooter charged me and put a warranty on their work.

Sinatra is very knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through each step of the process of replacing the sewer line from the house to the street. The team did a great job and would use again and recommend!

Clinton did a fantastic job! He identified the issues and thoroughly explained the problem issues and the proposed repairs. Highly recommend Mr. Rooter! We have used them in the past and will use them again.

They came out to provide a quote for replacing my water heaters and quoted me $10,500. I told them that was crazy high and didn't want to proceed and now they are trying to charge me $300 for the quote alone. I ended up getting the work done for only $4,000. Don't let them scam you.

Clinton did a wonderful job in my bath room. Clinton was very professional about his job and he told me that he will not leave until the job is completely done. Now that's professional. If I have any problems when I buy a house Clinton will come to my new house and fix everything in all my bath rooms.

We needed emergency work on Saturday and Sunday and these people are awesome. Tun is the best. He was thorough and explained everything to us in great detail. He made everything so easy to understand and is the ultimate professional.

Getting an appointment was very easy using the online website. I explained what I needed and all was documented well by the online bot. Although I did opt for the morning appointment, the dispatcher called to let me know someone was coming, but it was close to noon. Tun was my tech and he explained everything throughly with the cost and I agreed to have the work done. I had him remove old copper sweated supply lines and valve cutoffs for Mt bathroom sink and also install a new sink and flex supply lines. He did an excellent job and very clean. I did have to call him back for a tiny leak around the drain tube connection which he fixed in 10 minutes the next morning first thing. Tun is a great tech and very professional and I recommend him for your repairs! Overall great experience!

Extremely disappointed.He worked for like 3Hrs couldn’t fix the clogged drainage still took almost $1000.00 check and left.now my drainage is still the same as before. giveaway $1000.i wouldn’t mind the thousand if the job was done.Now i have to find someone else waste of time and money i do not think its fair.very unprofessional 👎👎👎

Tun was quick and efficient. Job called for additional work and he was able to confirm and get it within an hour. And did all of this during the freeze! Really appreciated!

Our plumber Tune was able to come out within an hour, even though we called after 5pm. He was then able to resolve our gas pipe leak within 24 hours, inclusive of a city inspection. On top of that, he was very friendly and knowledgeable.
