Wesley was great. He came out and gave me a very competitive free estimate. Once I accepted the offer, the job was scheduled for the next day. Wesley showed up on time and was very professional. He did a great job fixing my shower and cleaning out my line. He cleaned up and left my house cleaner than it was before he got here.

Customer service was great. Dispatch was able to get Clint out within the hour. Clint was detailed and very thorough. In addition, he was very nice and explained the whole process. Reasonable price for the amount of work. I highly recommend.

We had them install a new faucet and garbage disposal. They were punctual, respectful of our home, and took the time to show us how the new disposal worked. The price was exactly what was quoted, with no surprise charges.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing was able to get us scheduled same day (on a weekend). Jacky was our plumber, and he worked on the issue all day diligently. He kept us incredibly informed and was forthcoming, kind, and upfront about everything. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and he helped us to prioritize repair issues. We're glad that we have found a new, trustworthy plumber in him and Mr. Rooter!

The price he quoted was extremely overpriced. We had another company come out today. The price they charged was less than half of what Mr. Rooter wanted to charge for a bathroom faucet leak. Maybe we don't understand because we're not plumbers. Jacky was professional.

Requested emergency service at about 12:00 a.m. after contacting several 24/7 companies that were unavailable. The tech called within 30 minutes to assess the issue, and was at our door less than an hour after that (only because the drive time was 50+ minutes). Even at 1:30 a.m., he was buttoned-up, personable, and efficient. Went straight to work, and had us taken care of quickly with no real disruption. The fee was reasonable given the problem and the urgency. While I hope I never have to, I would definitely call them again.

Matthew Wheeler did a great job. He was knowledgeable, worked fast, and was very respectful of our property.

After losing a war with a shower valve, high pressure water was shooting out into our master bath and bedroom. In the time it took to turn off the main water line to our home, Mr Rooter notified one of their technicians, Kiefer, and he was here very quickly. Kiefer was efficient and knowledgeable. He made sure no additional damage occurred because of the high pressure of water. Unfortunately there was. He showed me the split parts that had to be repaired, went to obtain the needed part, and only left when everything proved itself fixed. I really appreciate the quality work he did, and highly recommend this company.

Tun was amazing. Was on-site very quiickly. Resolved a major issue that allowed my business to resume operations quickly.

Nathan was great the whole crew was great the only thing was the toilet was leaking they said they fixed it but no and he told me that the kitchen sink was leaking due to the faucet leaking but it wasn't it was the new flex pipe they installed did not have a gasket or o-ring and the sink in the bathroom needed a new o-ring too just little things but it should have been taken care of I would again 10 out of 10 Stars but for this they only get nine out of 10 great guys though

Rooter’s service rep was knowledgeable in what he was doing. He was quick to resolved our toilet bowl issue.

Clint diagnosed the region of the clog and promptly got to work. He thoroughly explained the cause of the problem and also found a small leak I wasn’t aware of. Clint explained all costs involved then unstopped the clog and made repairs. He was friendly, professional and left his workspace clean.
