It's a tiny little Hospital that really can't do lunch besides x-rays or MRI if something serious is going on and you need any type of specialist you love to be shipped out

Great plumber came out quick and gave me a reasonable quote on my gas leak and fixed me up and my gas is back up. Thank you for your service when I needed it.

Needed to be retested for covid.. They told me go back to the car.. When they forget about you.. This is NOT the first time ive had issues with this hospital

Been in the waiting room for 2.5 hours now with someone who drank bleach. About to leg it to any other hospital so we can get this show on the road.

Called for services and was told someone could fix my issue same day. Never received any updates or apologies. When I tried to call there was no answer and voicemail was always full. Will never invest and waste time in this company again.

They are the slowest hospital I have ever been to in my life I recommend if your not bleeding to death you better go on to another facility this place is a joke

Emergency room packed,screaming people,police ambulance and others,was Bedlam, very loud, but some "guests" can be very objectionable and this was one of those nights, staff had their hands full and we still got cared for in a reasonable amount of time, and dispatched to a larger hospital.

I've had good service every time I went there was seen too properly, the cost was acceptable not outrageous
they were up front with the cost and I find that refreshing in a hospital and they got the job done.

My experience there was fine I was pretty sick I had covid covid pneumonia and 2 broken ribs from falling they took me in quickly got me treated and honestly I feel better today than I felt in a week I was seen by doctor Lambird I really like her she's a sweetie Russell was seen everybody the same time I was unfortunately
he pneumonia was a little worse than mine so he had to stay in the hospital

Just wanted to come and leave a review for this business because although I wasn't able to use them today due to schedule conflict, the customer service shown and willingness to help me was outstanding. I've been here 7 hours in the waiting room, for an animal bite, 6 people have left after waiting 6 + hours. This is the worst place to go, if you have important medical issues.

I had clogged toilets in both bathrooms. I called Echols and Sons and spoke with Robert Echols who came over within minutes of my calling. The problem was found and repaired in no time. In the future I will not hesitate to call Echols and Son for my plumbing needs they are very punctual and efficient.

I would not hesitate to bring any of my family members to SMDH to receive care. True, patient centered quality health care. Family taking care of family.

Dr Ford did a great job sewing up my son's knee. Got us in and out quickly. Hardly noticed the interruption to our family vacation.

I had a great experience with Salem Memorial Lab namely Joe and Hayley- they are very efficient, kind, friendly and thorough!! There needs to be more employees like them! They are an asset to Salem Hospital!!
