I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the treatment we received from an employee named Danny Garcia during our first visit to this APEX location. His behavior was either a clear indication of a lack of professionalism or something even more troubling, such as internalized bias or discrimination. Either way, his conduct was unacceptable for someone in a customer-facing role.

We were met with disrespect and poor service despite coming in prepared to spend a significant amount of money. This is not how any customer—new or returning—should be treated.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously so other customers don’t have to go through the same experience.

Eddie is the best, very knowledgeable. Takes his time with clients and not rushing you to get out. This store is not always the closets to my jobs but I prefer to drive and get great service at this location.

Came here for plumping supplies for two of my projects. Eddy went above and beyond to gather all the supplies I needed off a video my plumber had sent me and proceeded to make me two separate receipts for the different projects. With customer service like that, this will be my go to spot for plumbing supplies. Thank you for your efficiency!

Very nice employees and set up on the front. They open early which is very convenient when you need to take care of business ASAP. They have everything you need for your plumbing needs.

I bought a tankless water heater from Apex. My wife and I are rethinking the placement of it and wanted to return the water heater to make sure we are getting one that fits our home. I returned the tankless water heater to Apex but was charged a $138 restock fee. All boxes and packaging were unopened. They sat untouched in the house. I asked for the fee to be waived considering the boxes were unopened but was denied.

If you’re a homeowner who wants flexibility in your purchases, avoid Apex.

Horrible attitude, called just 10 minutes before closing to see if I could grab a part for a house about 5 minutes away. After waiting for about 5 rings, I told them my situation and the response was “computers already down” and hung up the phone before I could say anything else.

Every other time I’ve shopped here the front desk guys couldn’t give two cares about you being there and give the impression that they want you out as fast as possible.

I've come here multiple times and Eddie is always willing and able to help me! This is a great store with great service... I'll definitely keep coming back!

Most unprofessional and irresponsible company I have ever worked with. Cannot complete simple jobs without multiple calls.

This is not a review of the plumbing. This is a review of the driver of the white van vehicle (10/14/22). He cut me off (as well as 2 other cars), crossing 2 lanes of traffic, just so that he could make the yellow light (didn’t make it). He blatantly ran the red, only to have the oncoming traffic stop. Please tell your drivers to slow down and obey traffic laws before they seriously hurt people!
