I over heard their CSR tell a customer they weren’t allowed to use a translator
That they needed to speak ENGLISH

Danny was awesome and I am so grateful for people like him! He was very knowledgeable about their products and made sure that I left with exactly what I needed! I know nothing about plumbing, but Danny from the time I walked in to the time I left was excellent! His customer service skills are A+! Thanks Danny you are remarkable and I can definitely tell that you love what you do cause it shows!

My husband sent me to pick up some things that he had ordered. But when I got there he called me needing to add more and I’m so glad that Eddie was understanding of the last minute add ins. Obviously I had to pass the phone over to Eddie. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my husbands questions along with great pricing. My husband has been coming here for years and is very happy to have someone that is fluent in speaking Spanish to help. Me on the other hand, I’m so thankful for people like Eddie that doesn’t make me purchase something that I don’t need. Thank you for your attentiveness and kindness! It doesn’t go unnoticed.
