Great experience - had a backup in my main sewer line. Techs that came out were awesome and super helpful. Took cameras through the lines and showed me what was happening. Made a few repairs and told me about the long term plan I should expect from my houses aging cast iron pipes. Everything was very quick, easy, and effortless on my end - great prices too. Will be using Ares again for both my commercial and residential needs.

I had Ares plumbing give me a free estimate to replace my hot water heater. First off they were a lot cheaper then the other two companies that provided me a estimate. We decided on an option that was best for us and they came back the next day and replace the water heater. Their technicians are professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. There’s truly no better plumber out there than Ares Plumbing. I’m beyond grateful to Reuben and Vladimir, they saved my night! A family ring slipped off my finger and down the garbage disposal in an instant. I managed to retrieve the ring, but the diamond was completely gone. One quick call to Reuben, and within an hour Vladimir arrived at my door, ready to help! He not only found the diamond but had it back in my hands within minutes. Had an issue with my restaurant grease trap lines clogging up and my normal plumber couldn’t make it out. Call these guys and they sent someone within an hr and a half. Fixed the issue writhing 30 mins. Literally saved the day for us as we would have had to close up shop. And above all they gave me a military discount!! I would like to say how much I love Ares plumbing. They took on a huge reno project with us on a commercial building. Starting with cutting concrete flooring, installing new drains lines, installing new plumbing lines and fixture installations. It was a huge project and I am thankful for all of their help and expertise.

I can't say enough good things about this company! From first contact until the job was complete I only received kindness and professionalism. The bill was a bit hefty, but what plumbing bill isn't? Sadly. But they made the process super easy!

Also, the first person I talked to even rec'ed me to call the city before having them come out (in case the problem was meter/city related) so I could avoid the expense if possible. Who does that?? Will be going to them for any problems in the future for sure.

EDIT: So I called Ares Plumbing again for a burst pipe I had in the garage. Sadly, after this visit, I won't be using them going further. They were still efficient, professional, and kind, but for the same exact pipe/place it burst last year (despite my best efforts to insulate it), they quoted me $850 where I had it fixed before for only $250 (same day/emergency fix) with another company. Again, if you can afford this plumbing business, they're fantastic! But if you're watching your wallet, maybe get some quotes first if possible.
