10/10. I live in Garland and in May 2024 we got hit with a hail storm. A couple of my trees were uprooted, my shed, roof, screen door, and windows were damaged. I called Allstate and they kept giving me pushback. Rene was referred to me, and he handled marking and taking pictures of the damages. He advocated for me to the insurance company.
When selecting a roofing company you have many options, nevertheless with Rene you have someone that will work hard for you. I hadn’t signed the contract with him but he advocated for me as if I was already his client. You don’t see that often. I knew I was going to hire his company to do the work.
I recommend Sercon to anyone that wants/needs their roof replaced.

Rene's name was given as a referral from the homeowners insurance company for my parents' roof. Their roof suffered damage during the recent storm. He met the insurance adjuster at my parents' house. He was the contractor for all of the details in this job. Not only did the roof need to be completely replaced, but the gutters, patio roofing and garage needed to be replaced. Rene took care of bringing in the different people to properly replace those things. His specialty is roofing. I would recommend him to others in my parents' neighborhood. He is communicative and professional. If you aren't informed correctly the first time, he will make it right. He answered all of my questions and was patient.

Biggest lesson I learned about moving to the Metroplex is to have an outstanding roofing company on speed dial. Sercon Contracting LLC is that company for me. Fantastic experience with Rene and his team at Sercon. Our neighbors had used them on their roof and we were totally impressed by their speed and the overall look. After a storm last May I approached them because I knew I had sustained some damages and needed to have it evaluated. Rene came out and created a quote and documented all damages professionally and promptly. After haggling with my insurance for a significant time we were able to set up the install for a replacement roof and gutters. This was quick, efficent and very professional. We were completely satisfied by this experience and would happily recommend this team to anyone looking for roof repair or replacement.

Rene is reliable,honest,will advocate for his customers especially dealing with insurance issues,considerate of my time and easy to talk to.
I had a roof damage from the recent storm and quite a number of shingles were blown off.There were also significant damages from hail.
My insurance claim was denied 3 times.The reason was it can be repaired.2 adjustors were sent which confirmed of the damages.Several photos and videos were submitted showing that the roof was beyond repair.
In spite of the denials,Rene persisted and never gave up.He worked hard on my behalf to get my roof replaced.Finally,after 2 1/2 months it was approved.
Rene shows up on time and if he was running late he let me know.Any concerns I had and requests made were
taken cared of promptly.
His crew were skillful at what they do and he made sure that nothing was missed.He even personally power washed my driveway as a bonus.
Overall,I'm pleased with the final outcome and very grateful to Rene.I would highly recommend his company.
