This was the 2nd time Princess Construction, Inc. replaced a roof on one of my homes. My very first home they did an amazing job. When my new home needed a roof I went back to who I knew did great work, kept me informed, used the best materials with kind and thoughtful workers.
I trust her company and her staff. She not only replaced the roof, my claim included new garage doors. Who knew hail damage to garage doors could be claimed? I didn't. When the work was completed Princess provided me with all the necessary paperwork for my insurance company and the warranty paperwork for the shingles in a neat package. I love organized businesses. After meeting with seven different contractors and builders, we decided to hire PRINCESS CONSTRUCTION to extend our patio 25 ft from the existing patio. Our vision and dream came to reality once we met with Princess. She put the team in motion from concrete, to framer, to builder, to brick and masonry, and not to forget the master electrician. The end result was more than we could have imagined. She made several suggestions throughout the project which added flavor to our vision. This consisted of a fireplace insert instead of a gas fireplace that was part of the original plan, a sidewalk, and an attic for storage.
