He helped us navigate insurance claims, damage appraisal, and HOA compliance. His team was very courteous and professional. We had our roof and patio cover replaced along with repainting of the entire kitchen, and his team did a phenomenal job within a timely manner.

I highly recommend this company, I had a bad experience with another contractor with a different company, even stole from me and bought cheap materials. I was stressed! A process that took my last contractor months to even start!
I came to Sercon and I explained everything! This man is a big blessing took my stress away and got my roof completed and even listened to my wants and explained everything from beginning to end! I love my new roof and just beyond happy to be able to fire my old contractor and hire Rene as my contractor to take care of my roofing needs.

Last year, I had worked with Rene and was pleased at how thoroughly he located all the leaks at my house and got them repaired. Recently, the wind ripped off part of my siding, and I knew exactly who I wanted to call. Rene came the very next day and gave me a reasonable estimate. Once again, he knew who to bring with him, and the job was done well. Afterward, I remembered I also had a problem with the siding around my garage door and the alignment of the door itself. He looked at the problems and got them fixed without having to make another appointment with me. Very convenient! He was also willing to work with me on pricing when I realized I was in a pinch. On top of his stellar efficiency and competence, he has a great attitude that makes him more than a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

Sam is very responsive he will listen to you and gave you a lot of options of what do you want to do on your project he is very easy to talk to. I will recommend him to do any project you may have on your house . He will work with you and gave you a deal and he Understands his customers is important.

I have used Sam and his crew for many years now. We have used them on 8 out of our last 10 flips. We have also used Sam when we remodelled our primary bathroom at our house. They did a great job!

5 stars for the onsite crew: respectful, clean, hardworking, friendly. Can’t say enough positive things about them.
1 star for management: poor communication, not following through on their commitments, unreliable answers. Would recommend anyone to stay far away from them.

I’ve used Maze for several different projects at a high rise community in Uptown Dallas (stucco or concrete repairs, access gate repairs, power wash and re-striping, City of Dallas Code repairs…you name it!).
