Blue Hammer Roofing was very professional in all aspects of the installation of our roof. From our first visit together, the crew came out as scheduled, and the work crew and cleanup crew did a great job.

Ohhh ya ayaya this man his name is Mo/cowboy hat/he just knocked on my door and asked me if he can do inspection on my roof because it was a hail 2/3 days ago around my neighborhood. Yes. I let him because I saw some shingles was falling off the day when hailed. And 2weeks later the adjuster came he said total lost. Then Mo and Brandon they came to my house they did awesome maths with me. what I was expected to pay was so high but it didn’t. Mo and Brandon they KNEW how to keep your wallet safe so don’t miss out blue hammer roofing. They did their part real quick but my insurance company they too slow to get the paperwork done. Roofing took places with cold weather 6:00am ends 2:00 pm.

Michael M and Nick L gave us the best service! I was prepared for an all day event but the team showed up at 6:30am and was done before noon!! Michael was very helpful and thorough with explaining the job and making suggestions so we were sure to love the outcome. He also accommodated us while we sorted out approvals from our HOA and fit us in before the new year. Nick showed up with the team and they got to work immediately. He was very professional and kept us up to date at every step. My neighbors have already been complementing the roof and love the color, neatness, and speed!

I must say it was a long process negotiating with our insurance company Farmer’s. Jessica Soto with Blue Hammer was very helpful with the help of David Broome, they negotiated all they could with the insurance company. Insurance company low balled from the very beginning and finally increased a few thousands after 3 months of negotiations. Overall, the team at Blue Hammer did a great job. The day of installation the install team was here bright and early ready to install. Installation went well and they actually finished an hour earlier than expected. Tony Rose from Blue Hammer was here on installation day to assist the team and keep us updated on the process of installation and he did an awesome job sending pictures and informing us of every step. Thanks Blue Hammer team greatly appreciated. I definitely recommend them.

I am very happy with the result of my roof project. I had Paul Bean has helped me with all the processes from start to finish and has Rich G. helped with the supplement. I am glad that Blue Hammer put their reputation and trust above all so we can have a smooth process. It took me months to decide and replace my roof and finally entrusted the project to Paul. What a great team he has with everyone being on top of their work by keeping me updated at every step of the way, and answering all of my questions/requests regardless of what time of the day. Big round of applause for the whole team! Highly recommend for those that are still reluctant.

Hands down a great experience with Blue Hammer Roofing. First & foremost was their great in-person customer service and right behind, was their attention to detail. My roof/gutters were in the process of being replaced for the third time over a period of 12 yrs due to hail damage in the DFW area. Not only did Blue Hammer uncover poor workmanship & weird anamoloies from the roofing companies used in the past, they worked directly with my insurance company, alleviating the weight from my shoulders having to deal and/or "fight" with my insurance company. The biggest added value was after removing multiple layers of old felt left by my former roofing companies, Blue Hammer uncovered that a 100% of the decking needed to be replaced due to the "Swiss cheese" effect from all the previous nail holes from the original roof & two previous roof replacements. Urgent in nature, BH reached out directly to my insurance company and received 100% approval quickly with a back up photo slide deck detailing the holes. Kudos to Michael, Alan & Angel with Blue Hammer Roofing. I firmly & highly recommend Blue Hammer Roofing!

Despite negative insurance situation, they made the process easy from high quality materials at reasonable prices, providing me everything necessary to get HOA approvals, to preparation and install the day of. Shout out to Darek Oklah, Project Manager and Isai Ochoa, Quality Control Manager for a well managed single day roofing job. I especially liked to constant communication, progress reports with drone pictures, and follow-up through completion. The crew protected our property through the process and cleaned up well. Isai did a thorough final inspection and made sure all work met his standards. I recommend them!

Amazing job on 2 roofs for me. Got 2nd roof done in a day and 1/2 and looks fabulous. More importantsly, did a great job with handling insurance companies and secured payments on both houses and I was able to upgrade to metal on both houses. Would definitely use Blue Hammer again if ever need a roof.

Definitely a 5 star experience working with Blue Hammer. They helped file everything with the insurance company after a bad storm damaged our home. They are phenomenal communicators. During the roof replacement, we got text and photo updates and explanations from Angel throughout the process. They started around 6:30am and were done and cleaned up by 2:30pm.
James was our main contact with the company and he was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He is helping coordinate all the other repairs needing to be done as well. Very grateful for having such help with the whole process!
