They showed on time and the crew was very efficient. One of owners were always onsite to handle any issues. They worked with my insurance to get this approved quickly. Shortly after the new roof was completed we had a bad storm with some light hail and they showed up the next day to check everything. All good.

I called Rockmoor Roofing due to a suspected roof leak after some significant rain. Unlike other roofing companies I contacted that day they called me back and were able to come in a few hours to help me. They were very thorough and sealed potential problem areas. They also inspected my roof flashing and other areas of concern.
They are very honest and answered all of my questions.
I am so grateful that they were able to help me and would highly recommend them.

Our roof was recently damaged in a hailstorm for the second time in 6 years. As we were not happy at all with our previous roofer, we turned to Rockmoor Roofing as the owners have a reputation of being honest, reliable, and hard working. From start to finish they were available in person or always by phone. They coordinated with our insurance company, hired gutter people, and worked with painters. The preparation of our home, yard, windows, and pool was well done. Mr. Crain was at the job site for the entire installation answering questions and making sure their team was well equipped and supervised. The cleanup (nails and other debris) made it look like they were never there! We were so impressed with their attention to even the smallest detail. I was asked if we were happy with their work because Mr. Radar said that if we were not happy then they have failed. Do not hesitate to call them – you will not regret it and will soon be writing your own rave reviews!

Rockmoor Roofing performed incredibly well when replacing my roof over both the main house and the pool house. I was very impressed that both owners were present throughout the job and actually made some repairs themselves. Their crew was very cautious with our landscape and driveway and left the place immaculate.
In my past experiences, I would have a salesman present the quote and I would never see them again.
They were so good I used them again to redo another home we had just purchased in Dallas. The roof was in bad shape but after they got through with it the house looked amazing.
They really do extraordinary workmanship at a fair price, timely, and professional.

I recommend Rockmoor Roofing to anyone in need of a roof replacement or repair. They are professional, friendly, and transparent with their pricing. The were on time and worked fast with a large team. They sent us drone images throughout the day (from all angles) showing each phase of the roof replacement. They also did a FANTASTIC job cleaning up, including the 100,000 roofing nails that fell to the ground in the removal and replacement process. It was hard to know they had even been there. Our expectations were definitely exceeded, and our roof looks great!

They provided us with reliable communication, efficient work days, thorough care of our landscaping & pool, and general professionalism. But I think most valuable was their advocacy with our insurance company. They would validate estimates submitted against claims received, and followed up with the agents to ensure we received what was due to us. This was a tedious process, but it provided us with the funding needed to complete the job. Navigating that would have been undoable for us, but they were experts in their work! Highly recommend.

Rockmoor Roofing did a fantastic job on our new roof. They were efficient, paid great attention to detail, and handled all of our concerns with honesty and integrity. Our new roof looks great and all venting and other outlets were meticulously secured. Rockmoor worked hard to ensure our gutters stayed intact and functioning. Our landscaping was covered and well preserved. They went through our beds and lawn many times, picking up any nails, discarded old roofing material, and refuse. We highly recommend and will be using them again, when needed.
