From start to finish, Brandon and Dawson exemplified integrity, wonderful customer service, and good ole respect and beautiful manners - greatly appreciated! They were very detailed about our damage and walked us thru every step of the process to ensure we were comfortable with their products and services. For those reading, I understand as a homeowner that replacing your roof can be quite uncomfortable - dealing with claims, adjusters, payments, etc, these guys will help ease your concerns and graciously answer any questions you may have. I had to have a quick turnaround (starting immediately after the snow storm) due to my house closing on a tight timeframe, and despite the weather, they made us a top priority. Max Gruene was an ABSOLUTE God-send! I was panicking after the roof in the master bedroom started leaking water after the recent snow and ice storm last month. I called Max for a second opinion after the first roofer attempted to get me to finance a new roof for one leak! Max was SUPER knowledgeable and reassuring explaining to me about ice damming. He was able to provide a swift diagnosis and repaired the issues at a very reasonable price! Would highly recommend!!!

Brandon and Dawson talk about an amazing team working for T-Rock Roofing! There are no words that can be expressed on what an amazing job they do!
At my rental property the roof was leaking and Brandon and Dawson came to my property looked at it confirmed that there was some shifting on the roof and a day and a half later they replaced that entire section with no question!
I said it before Ladies and gentlemen and I say it again Best roofing company in the DFW area best crew working for T-Rock Roofing in the DFW area! They come out with a caring heart not to look for money or to add onto things to make more money! No they're all about the customer they're all about building a relationship a continuous relationship with the customers. Words can not be written enough to explain how my family and I feel. First battle with our own home insurance company battled it out with Brandon But within that process he still put the roof up before the insurance paid out anything! They then went and tackled my rental property which to me beyond repair and they fix that and then the shifting of the foundation this year caused the leak they fix that.

If they decide to show up maybe it’ll change. Unprofessional and untimely! Ezequel has no clue as to what’s going on with his crew. Had an appointment at 8am, called Ezequel at 1030.. he had no clue as to where his crew was and what they were doing. Still waiting at 1:30 with no answer no calls NOTHING. Save yourself the headache and pick another business!!

They finally showed up at 2pm.. ezequel’s reply was “Well we’re here now”

I absolutely LOVE working with them! Such an odd thing that we needed done and 360 Building Services got it done in a timely manner and communicated every stop of the way, even if there was a delay due to weather or etc. We had a car run through our front porch and we needed new concrete in a corner, new bricks, new supporting pillar, and part of a new front yard, and some railing on our porch. I dare say it looks better than it did even before the person ran through it.
As a woman, I am used to contractors talking to me as if I do not know what I am talking about or searching for my husband to communicate with instead of me; however, that was not the case at all. I will be using this team for all our future needs. I cannot recommend them enough

Ezequel and his crew were fantastic! A car lost control on our street and ran through our column. We were looking for a great contractor in the Dallas area to help us repair this situation. After a quick Google search, we came across Ezequel and I could tell how honest and fair he was from the first time we met him. He was straightforward and provided us with a fair and honest price for repair. Another contractor wanted to overcharge us (almost triple) the price for less quality. All I can say is that, if you need work done on your house, Ezequel is the person that will get the job done!

Jeff and the team were great all the way through. While working on a neighbors house, they noticed a hole in our roof that we had not seen. They offered to patch it that day and came back to fix it completely. Upfront and honest. All you can ask for. Highly recommend.

Jackson & Jeffers at Rockmoor Roofing were great to work with throughout the entire process. Their crew was quiet, clean and very professional. We received pictures and updates throughout the roof replacement project and they did a very thorough job cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend Rockmoor for your future roof replacement or repair needs.
