An amazing experience! Thank you Jabriska, Pete and the entire Allied Foundation crew for helping us close the final chapter of the chaos left by Hurricane Harvey. It was such a relief to see everything come together so smoothly. Jabriska, Pete and all the Allied Foundation representatives are very professional, extremely knowledgeable, organized, hardworking, thorough, and most importantly, kept us well-informed throughout the entire elevation process. Their customer service is outstanding and would without a doubt share our experience and their contact information with friends, neighbors and family.

We are so fortunate to have chosen Allied for our home lift. The team was professional, engaging, and honest. From the top down, everyone was responsive and communicative. The project manager regularly texted with updates, and the crew left their own pick-up regularly and left my property tidy. The job moved along quickly and efficiently. It was a positive experience. We believe we received the best value for the grant money.

We had an excellent experience with Allied from start to finish. From the initial inspection to the final repair, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about every step of the process. The representative, Frank, was very helpful and up on the competitor's prices. Plus, he took the time to explain what was going on with our foundation, answered all our questions, and never pressured us into unnecessary work. He even quoted us $2k less than the company we previously met with.

The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and treated our home with care. They patched up all spots, even the concrete they had to drill through and cleaned up everything. The job was completed as promised, and the quality of the work gave us real peace of mind. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and stand behind their work.

These guys knocked out all of the work before lunch time with the exception of back filling the holes and the concrete work. It was amazing how quickly they were able to knock out everything. I only expected them to look into the foundation, but they sent someone out to check the plumbing after all the work was done to ensure that there were no leaks. They answered all my questions and my minor requests as they came up. I am happy with what they've done and hopefully I don't have to call for any warranty work!

I had an awesome experience beginning with the estimate to the installation of 16 piers. Everything was great and the workers were very professional! The job was QUICK! 16 piers in less than 3 hours! I was amazed! Everything was left so clean - My bushes were moved back and I can’t even tell where the piers were dropped in the garden. My neighbors thought I had a plumbing issue since the work was so quick! Definitely a satisfied customer.

Allied did a great job fixing my foundation. Luis came to our house to check out my concerns, and after evaluating, he determined we needed to lift our foundation from the front. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a great estimate. The crew showed up a week later, and they worked hard to get it right. Roberto, the foreman, was very good at explaining the process to me. Overall, I am satisfied with the result. I will see how it holds up in the future. I definitely recommend Allied Foundation Repair.

I bought my home in 2018 and knew that there had been some foundation work done. 3 months later I developed a very large crack in my living room wall. Allied came out and put additional piers in and resolved my issue at no charge due to the existing warranty. 6 months ago things started going downhill again, doors not closing, cracks appearing. I called Allied and they made an appointment right away to come out. Found out my house was sinking in the middle and we set an appointment quickly to have the work done on the inside and outside of my home. The workers were fast and efficient, cleaned up after themselves and were done with 13 indoor piers and at least 13 or more piers outside before 5 p.m. I would highly recommend Allied for any foundation repairs you may need.

I am back again to provide another review. It was determined when I had the last work done on the foundation, that there was a sewerage leak under my home. Allied sent out a plumber with some type of tool that can find where the leaks are. They came back out and had to dig another hole in my garage which is where the 5 inch cut was in my pipe. They fixed the pipe where the leak was and then capped the pipe from my kitchen and laundry and ran new piping out of my house to a 3 foot deep area and attached new piping to the main pipe. That part of my leak is fixed and in about 6 months I will do the same thing to the opposite side of my house to protect the foundation and stop any leaks that are there. Allied did a great job and kept me apprised of the status of my pipes along the way. Thanks Allied.

I had 21 piers added to the left side of my house. Crews showed up on time and were done in one day. All were efficient and quickly had the holes dug for the piers. They cleaned up and did the concrete repair. I am so glad I had the work done by Allied Foundation. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been using this company for the past 2–3 years, and up until recently things were fine. However, over the last few weeks the quality of service declined significantly.

The pool was not being properly vacuumed or brushed, with debris and buildup left behind—even immediately after service. I documented this and brought it to their attention with photos.

Instead of addressing the issue or offering a solution, they chose to cancel service and claimed there were “multiple issues with the pool.” At no point were these issues communicated to me beforehand, nor was there any attempt to recommend corrective work or discuss adjusting pricing if additional effort was needed.

Photos attached show the condition of the pool immediately after service and the following day.

Very disappointing experience after being a long-time customer. I would have preferred transparency and a chance to resolve the issue rather than having service abruptly cancelled. Not how you treat a loyal customer.

Thank you for the response. I understand not every account is the right fit.

My concern was not the level of difficulty, but the lack of communication and the condition of the pool after service, as shown in the photos. These concerns were raised prior to cancellation, but were not addressed.

While I understand surrounding landscaping can impact maintenance, the condition of the pool immediately after service did not reflect a properly completed cleaning.

Had this been communicated earlier, I would have been open to additional work or adjusted pricing. Instead, service was cancelled without any attempt to resolve the issue.

We hired Aqua Answers to install a Jandy heat pump/ Chiller on our 5 year old pool. Trevor and his associate (Dave) are highly knowledgeable, precise and very enjoyable to deal with. They were able to also diagnose a leak we had and fixed this as well for us. Fair and upfront pricing was provided and if we need anything else in regards to this pool the ONLY company we will call is Aqua Answers! Thanks
