Constraction reviews in Deer Park, Texas

Look no further, this is the type of service and professionalism that is rather absent in most contracting work. We noticed a minor leak that we were growing more concerned about over time. We noticed that this was a local roofer which is something that we wanted. Called up Image Roofing, Shayne answered the phone and immediately set up an appointment for the next day with a quoted price. The work was done promptly and Shayne was exceptional, he explained everything and let me know that if we had any problems to quickly call. I cannot offer a better recommendation, do not hesitate to call Image Roofing.

Back in March, a tornado blew through Deer Park and I lost some shingles on my roof. I called Image Roofing Company, spoke to Shayne Kohn and told him that I only wanted a few shingles replaced. The next day he came out to access the damage then sent a worker who did a great job. If you are looking for someone who will listen to you , a quick turnaround time and is reasonably priced give him a call.

My roof was in really poor shape and very expensive to replace. Shayne came along and offered his services at an affordable rate and exceeded expectations. He's a great business man and has a kind heart. I would recommend his company to everyone.

Shayne is very friendly and got the job done as promised. Image Roofing is a quality contractor, so I would recommend to others to consider them when choosing a roofing company.

In the past, we have had bad experiences with contractors. The thought of hiring a company to replace our damaged roof was stressful. Image Roofing was recommended by my neighbor and we gave them a call. From the first visit for an estimate to the final "walk around" at the completion of work, we could not be happier with choosing Image Roofing. Eli and the entire crew where professional, honest, on schedule, and committed to quality work. We love our new roof, paint, gutters...the entire house looks refreshed! They have renewed our confidence in contractors and we highly recommend Image Roofing!

We had what we thought was a couple of minor roof leaks. We got our first quote and was told we needed an entirely new roof. Obviously we were not excited to hear this news so we called around to get a few more quotes. Image Roofing was recommended from a friend so we called and was told not only did we need a new roof but that we had wind and hail damage and insurance would likely help us pay for a new roof. Shayne warned us this can be an exhausting and painfully long process and boy was he right. But it all paid off in the end because he fought for us and won. We were impressed with how Shayne kept us updated and honestly kind of treated us like family. We hope to not need anymore roof repairs anytime soon but will definitely call him if we do. My husband and I highly recommend Image Roofing!

I highly recommend Image Roofing. We had to get a new roof or our insurance company was going to cancel our policy. Other companies just quoted me for a new roof, out of pocket. Shayne suggested going through insurance and walked us through the whole process. We were able to get insurance to cover it and only had to pay our deductible, so he saved us nearly $10k. Ja'Nae was also very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. The roofers were friendly and left the house and yard looking great! Thanks so much!

One Tuesday evening, I noticed there was a leak around my upstairs bathroom roof vent. I called Shayne Wednesday morning, but it kept raining the whole day. He told me that due to the weather and other appointments, he would show up Friday morning. He said the vent needed some maintenance, so he fixed it. He told me to keep an eye on the leak, to make sure that after two rainy days, everything is fine. Sadly, we had more bad weather that evening, and the leak came back.

I called Shayne, and he came back around and did a more thorough inspection of the problem. He found some holes on the roof and was willing to fix this, no exta charge. After a heavy rainfall, I checked my bathroom and didn't see a leak anymore.

Shayne was knowledgeable and courteous and gave me great advice on how to repair the stain the leak made on my ceiling. I will definitely call him again when I need another roof repair.

When my insurance company demanded that I have my roof looked at or they would drop me, I was at a loss for who to call. I can't fully explain how easy Shayne and Eli with Image Roofing has made this process for me. They were very courteous and professional, as well as genuinely caring and compassionate about my specific needs and situation. They are just good people. The quality of work done by their subcontractor was very good. I now have a thirty year roof with ridge vents on a radiant barrier decking. I have already seen my energy costs go down and have yet to see my attic temperature get anywhere near triple digits, and it's the middle of August. The bottom line - You may have to fight with your insurance company to get them to honor what you paid them for, but you will never have to fight with Image Roofing to get a top quality, long lasting, energy efficient roof.

Shayne came a did roof repair for me he was very nice and came to my house when he said he would. He found spots that other roofers could not and other people said that my roof was fine when it obviously was not because it was leaking in my house. Shayne found them and fixed them in one day when I have been waiting for 2 other companies to come out just to look at my roof for over a week. I called Image Roofing and he came out the next day as promised. I am so very happy with this company.

Shayne and his team did an AMAZING job on our roof. Our project was challenging, and there were a few hiccups, but Image Roofing was incredibly proactive and communicative, and all around killed it. It was a punch in the gut to purchase a new roof, but Image Roofing was honest, fair, and made this uncomfortable situation tolerable. I’m so so thankful we found them, and would 100% use them in the future…though I hope we never have to 🤣 We recommend Image Roofing 100%.

I had my roof replaced by Image Roofing Co. in Dec. 2021. Shayne inspected my roof found significant amount of hail damage. He work with me thru insurance adjuster and claim. Image Roofing’s people are professional, prompt, and do excellent work and have great products to choose from. Shayne help move thru claim and roof replacement so they were done in short amount of time. Very proud of my homes roof replacement. I can not emphasize enough the quality of work and care of my property of all workers involved with Image Roofing.

If only all contractors were this wonderful to work with! Shayne and his team at Image Roofing were professional, punctual, and did amazing work. We had our entire roof replaced and the project went seamlessly. Moreover, even after they were finished everything was maticulouly cleaned. I've been a homeowner for 12 years and I've had my fair share of major projects, Image Roofing exceeded our expectations. Thank you! We love our new roof!

Image Roofing put a roof on for me approximately 10 months ago. In that time, I have had to contact them on two separate occasions. The first time I noticed one of the vents was not rotating and the second time was about a leak on a vent and additionally a small section of shingles, approx 16 inches by 6 inches, that had come off in a storm. For the vent not rotating, I had to contact him twice to get it fixed after I was told someone would be out that week. When I first contacted Shayne about the other two issues he said he would be out within a week again. Two weeks went by and never reached out to me. I reach out to him and he apologized, said he had been doing "training" in Dallas and came out later that day. I'm not sold on the leak fix, but he said he would be back for the section of shingles that blown off. He never contacted me back.
Shayne comes off as a very nice and apologetic individual, but twice he has "forgotten" to follow through with what he has told me. I think if you have no issues with your roof, this company will leave a good impression, but if they need to fix anything, good luck. I find this an unacceptable characteristic for the owner of a company. I cannot recommend this company.

Our roof had a leak that was getting extremely bad. Keeping me up at night with worry. We called Shayne and he came out very quickly to take a look. We cannot express enough on the quick response on getting our roof fixed! Thank you so much for the excellent work! 100% would recommend

Personable and professional. James who handled my repair after a hail storm is top notch. He informed me of what the process would be like handling an insurance claim and everything he communicated was exactly how it all happened. The work was scheduled and completed as it was communicated to me. Absolutely glad I went with Deer Park Roofing. Supporting a family owned and local business is great for the community and great for me as I have a brand new quality installed roof that should last for years.

Shane and Image roofing has come through for me twice when other roofers have failed, working with hard to deal with insurance company’s. His crew produced high quality parts and labor. I highly recommend Shane and Image Roofing. Jeff S

I cannot recommend Image Roofing more, both in general but especially if you're dealing with an insurance claim. Shayne is extremely knowledgeable, willing to explain anything and answer the endless amount of questions I had about everything, and he was both helpful and patient through a very drawn out process thanks to an insurance company.

They did an amazing job on the roof, and they were able to get all of the decking and roof completely replaced in a day and a half. In the end I ended up learning a lot and my new roof looks great. Really, I can't recommend them more.

Jimmie Lawless was flawless! Due to a tornado, my roof needed to be replaced and solar panels managed in order to fix my roof. Jimmie and his team worked with the insurance company, found me other solar companies, offered suggestions and alternatives, and did all the legwork. I highly recommend Image Roofing and Jimmie!

Shout out to Shayne and his staff at Image.Roofing Company! They are amazing! Fast and friendly service. If you need a new roof, this is the company to go to. Very honest people and will treat you right! They have great quality products ! My new roof is amazing! We highly recommend Image Roofing for your roofing needs!

Image Roofing was was extremely helpful when we discovered we had a leak around the chimney. They came out the next day to inspect the roof. They were honest about the damage, and had our roof fixed in less than a week for a very reasonable price. I would recommend Image Roofing for anyone in the Deer Park, La Porte, Pasadena area.
