Just had my pool replastered by Aqua Answers can't say enough of what a first class company this is. The crew cleaned up every afternoon before they left for the day. If you are looking for a pool company to remodel your pool, this should be your first and last call!

These guys are fabulous! A valve on our pool pump broke right after we'd had the pool replastered. That meant we were in desperate need of having it repaired. These guys came out within an hour of my calling and had everything fixed and running in less than an hour. They are friendly and professional.

First, Trevor was a no show and blocked my husband for calling him. Once I was able to contact home he agreed to come and replace my filter. Filter was acting up after replaced and again a no show.

They have a lot of family issues within the company. I was blamed for someone being terminated because employee decided not to report my visit and somehow it’s my fault. I never asked the employee to come and do it on the side like the owner claims, the employee decided not to report on their own. I don’t work for him, and I’m not obligated to report to him.

They’re a complete HOT MESS from the beginning to the end. I think 🤔 I have PTSD having to deal with all this pool drama aka POOL WARS. Never in my life would I ever thought pool maintenance could be so stressful. DRAMA, DRAMA, DRAMA!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!

First Trevor never answered his phone and when he did it some kind of excuse as to why he couldn’t show up. There were challenges outside his control but he didn’t even keep a clean job site. Got gunite all over my client patio furniture and fire pit. Demanded more money and skipped out with the job unfinished. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. Very unprofessional and didn’t over see his crews as they worked, so there were a lot of mistakes he refused to fix. I gave him two stars because when he actually showed and managed his crew the job was well done with the exception of cleaning up.

Trevor was amazing! He responded quickly by getting our aqua link fixed and helping us get back online. We are so grateful!

Bid a good price on the work. Did the work for the bid price, no surprises. What impressed me most was his knowledge and willingness to share that information. I could then see what I was paying for and various options. I'll be using Aqua Answers again.

Aqua Answers made my dull backyard and pool into a BEAUTIFUL OASIS! They re-plastered my pool, retiled, new coping, larger waterfall from spa to pool, added a chiller, added an outdoor granite bar, resurfaced my cool deck, added a step into the spa, and did a beautiful job landscaping front and back yard! They even moved the TV, electrical, and added a ceiling fan! I just can’t say enough about how happy I am with the finished product, my personal OASIS! Aqua Answers also services my pool weekly for the past several years. They are reliable and keep it looking amazing. I had previously tried MANY companies and they just were not reliable and I had issues with quality. Aqua Answers is by far the BEST!

Trevor was quick to come out for a bid, and his crew was out the day the contract was signed. The completed work resurfacing our pool is beautiful. They went above and beyond to meet our needs and were responsive to all our questions. The price was very reasonable too. We would highly recommend.

Aqua Answers was fabulous. They started Friday and completed the next Thursday. Pool resurfacing, tile replacement and cool decking. Love the results and the price. Highly recommend!!!

Aqua Answers is a fantastic pool company. We’ve used them for years to clean our pool and have never had an issue. Our pool is always well taken care of.
We just hired them to resurface our pool, replace all tile including tile on a waterfall wall, and add a water auto fill system.
Trevor and his team did a phenomenal job and the work was completed in a little over a week. The crew is very hard working and pays attention to detail. Trevor met us at a pool company for tile selection and was very helpful in ensuring we got the best options for our pool.
I highly recommend them for any type of pool installation or service. Their weekly cleaning service is the best we’ve ever experienced.

A hail /windstorm damaged my roof and patios in july 2019. Windstorm Ins. offer was too low to repair the roof, let alone the 2 patio roofs and a damaged fence. TWIA made me a low-ball offer that was barely enough for a do it yourself shingle replacement. Image roofing took over and after a tough time of dealing with TWIA, got me a 1st class up to code redecked and reshingled roof , and 2 patio roofs, and a repaired fence. It is well worth it to hire people who know what their doing when dealing with Insurance claims. TWIA paid three times their original offer. Thank you Shane, and every one at Image Roofing. C

I had a complete roof replacement because of hail ans wind damage. I had the company take care of everything. They even dealt with the insurance company with no issues. I came home to new roof while I was at work. They cleaned up everything and it was very nice.

My roof was replaced by Image Roofing in August 2020. They did a wonderful job and it was a very professional job. I love the roof. I highly recommend Image Roofing Co Deer Park , Texas.

Terrible experience. Shane told me for weeks he would come by and look at a simple roof repair after the storm. Through my persistence he did come by and then kept resetting the date he would fix it. Just now he finally called and said that because he has to buy a new pickup he isn't able to do my repair. Frustrating on my side as I have lost weeks of getting it fixed.

Matt Montgomery and his crew were amazing! My roof needed to be fixed up to code and they finished completely in one day! They were super nice and professional! I highly recommend!!!!
