My experience with Brico was excellent. My moms house needed new AC and Brian, Jim, Charles and the rest of the crew got it done. They even fixed a problem we didn't know we had after the fact. So thank you! Brico...so very much appreciated.

First off, Brico was the only A/C repair service to actually return my phone call and they did so within a few minutes and were out here within the hour.
Brian and Doug were absolutely amazing. Great attitude and walked me through everything from beginning to end. Had other a/c guys tell us we needed to spend triple the amount that Brico charged. Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

Doug and his crew don’t like to disappoint their customers. We have used them numerous times for servicing our current a/c and replacing thermostats. This time they replaced the a/c unit which has been needed for two years. Excellent service and crew! Thank you Doug and Brico for consistently taking care of us!

I called Brico last summer when our ac randomly stopped cooling - the lady on the other end let me know they were booked, but gave me some ideas on how we could potentially fix the issue ourselves. She then called back to let us know they could fit us in after hours bc they knew how hot it was - but by that time we had gotten the ac to work again using the information she originally gave us. This earned our business right then and there.

I called to set up a yearly 'check up' for our ac before the summer, and she was just as kind as she had been last summer, and got us scheduled for the following day!

Charles came and was so kind, respectful of our house and our animals, informative, and diligently checked all of our ac and attic for every possible thing. He gave me a detailed break down of any foreseeable issues, a quote for things we have been thinking about and would be potentially be doing in the near future, was never pushy or 'salesman' to me. He was honest, kind and most of all, helpful- I couldn't ask for a more well rounded company to do business with. Highly recommend this team, will continually use them for any and all of our ac and furnace needs!!

We had a great experience with Brico! Their prices were very competitive and they were quick to schedule and complete the work. We had our entire HVAC system replaced and are very happy with the work - just in time for the summer heat! All interactions were very courteous and professional. Highly recommend!

Websters dictionary doesn't contain the words to describe the quality of workmanship that Brico shows to their customers. A few that come to mind are first and foremost, "integrity". Second, "professionalism", and third, last but not least, "honesty". The integrity of everyone in this company speaks volumes by their "consistency". In every aspect. From showing up on time to the hand shake after the job is completed. This kind of customer service is extremely rare these days.
I would like to take this opportunity to mention "Brian". This young man is truly "one in a million". His promptness, honesty, sense of compassion and professionalism are impeccable. Again, a rarity these days. "Brico" stands alone in a category all by
their self. In my opinion, high above any other a/c company I've seen in 63 years. So, if you're looking for an a/c company to work on your unit, don't waste your time on any other company. Brico is the only a/c company worthy of your time!

It is a pleasure to write a nice review for the Brico Repair Services. The young man who happens to be the boss's son displayed a great knowledge of his craft. He was very curious, safety contious and efficient. I can see great things for him and his company. I know his father is proud to have him working for the company.

So highly recommend! I was able to reach them on a Sunday afternoon. The repairman, Brian was here quickly and was able to determine the issue. The cost was so reasonable- I was concerned it would be so much more. Saved me from trying to tolerate an extremely hot and humid night especially after recently getting power back from the hurricane. I will definitely call them next time when needed.

Brico replaced my home AC system and I was very pleased with the service I received from beginning to end. I initially called to inquire about getting my existing unit serviced and they were able to send a tech the same day. He called me prior to showing up and arrived ahead of schedule. The tech spent hours troubleshooting my system and when faced with something he hadn't seen before, he called in backup who quickly showed up to take a look. They were able to provide a few different options for repair/replacement and I appreciated that I did not feel pressured to make an immediate decision and I also felt that the prices were very fair. In the end I decided to have the system replaced and the turnaround on the install was very quick. The install crew did great work, were quick and were respectful of my home. When the install was done Brico sent a tech out to inspect the install work and ensure it was done correctly. The value, honesty and attention to detail make it an easy decision to call Brico again when I need HVAC services in the future.

This is not a "do not use" review, only you can make that choice. First I want to say we have used Brico in the past and were pleased with the results. This post is about being prepared to deal with the aftermath if something goes wrong. The first time this issue came up, an upstairs sink full of cold water, the Brico employee went in to the attic, flushed out the line/pipe, and the issue was taken care of. The most recent time was in a different bathroom sink and this is where the issues began. The Brico employee (owner's son) came to the house, went up in the attic, and after barely 2 minutes came down and said that we needed a plumber to take care of the issue, not an A/C issue. We called out a plumber, family friend that is a retired plumber, he snaked out the sick and everything was fine. Not once did the plumber go in to the attic, there was no need for him to even consider going in the attic since this was an issue with the upstairs sink. Later that evening my daughter goes upstairs and yells for me to come up as fast as I could. What I found was a total mess, water pouring across the ceiling, down the walls, and a hole in the ceiling. What happened was the Brico employee, the ONLY person to go up in the attic, somehow stepped on a small pipe to the A/C and broke it off, leaving water running for hours until my daughter noticed it later that night. The only response I received to this day is a request for the paperwork from our plumber, who again, was a family friend retired from plumbing that only snaked the sink and not once went in the attic. We have 4 witnesses that will attest to the fact that no one but Brico went in the attic. The next, and last time I heard from them was the owner texted me and said he had COVID and would come over once he was cleared. That was over 2 years ago and he hasn't attempted to contact us at all, but he did have time to service a house just three doors down from us on numerous occasions. He even claims on his website that he is ensured for one million dollars, yet refused to get his insurance company involved. Unfortunately due to the lack of cooperation from Brico, and the statute of limitations is coming up, we where forced to hire an attorney and will let him deal with it in court.

Brico has been amazing for all our needs. We just had new ductwork and spray-in insulation. They are very responsive, friendly, clean up the areas after job is done and pricing is great. I would always recommend them for your a/c and heating needs.

Brico gave me a great price on a new AC/Furnace replacement. They came in, took the old out and had the new unit installed in no time. Great prices, service and very professional. Highly recommend them for all of your AC heating needs.

My AC stopped working one evening (it was old). Technician came out after hours, determined I needed a new unit. Everything ordered that evening. Gentleman shows up the next morning with a dozen doughnuts, explains the crews will be here shortly and what to expect during the install. Everything went according to plan, Excellent service!!!

Called with very short notice that ac was not working they were able to get me a tech that day who could diagnose and fix the problem. Great service and would definitely recommend to others.
