Highly recommend. Air Integrity HVAC Is my go to for all things air-conditioning. They are very reasonably priced, extremely efficient, and Roger Knight always answers his phone, bends over backwards, and does his best to ensure that his clients are well taken care of. He is a man of integrity and runs his business the same.

I had an excellent experience with Air Integrity HVAC! The technician who came out was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC, replaced the capacitor, and even took the extra time to clean the screens on the unit so the compressor wouldn’t overheat again. Thanks to his thorough work, my system is running smoothly and cooling the house perfectly. Thanks Roger!

Air Integrity stands above the rest when it comes to customer service. They have been amazingly responsive from initial contact all the way through to well after the sale and I didn't expect that to change. Their techs are knowledgeable and show up on time.

They sell American Standard, which is a very good brand, and their price was in line with other companies. It's not the cheapest but I don't expect to have to change it out in 8 years like cheaper AC's.

Getting a new system is EXPENSIVE but it pays to get a good system and outstanding service if you can manage it.

Truly, the service has been so good I've actually been astounded. Never change, Air Integrity!

Roger has helped me work through a few issues regarding my ac system. He or his folks have always been on time, are courteous and perform the work quickly and professionally. We are working on another couple of items and I know I'll be happy with the results.

Followup- A year later and Roger is still knocking it out of the park. Earlier this year split my unit for control of AC between 1st and 2nd floor, which makes both floors quite comfortable and saves me money. Also, changed out my ductwork at the best price I could find.

2026- Roger is great to work with. Friendly and helpful. Has never tried to oversell me.

I had my bi-yearly maintenance done. Scott was very efficient and clean. He let us know of his findings without the pressure to upsale. Very happy with their team and service.

We had GREAT service from Roger and the Air integrity team. Friendly, knowledgeable service providers that really do care. Roger found a creative way to cool our volunteers in a hot warehouse and it has made a huge difference. They sponsor many other community events in the Deer Park, Laporte, Pearland and Pasadena area that they do service in and I highly recommend you give them a call next time you need any ac services!

You get what you pay for!! I’m so glad Air Integrity was highly recommended to me because Roger Knight did a phenomenal job re-zoning my home along with installing all new air ducts with a brand new updated air-conditioning system that has saved me so much money on my electricity bill. Air Integrity is very respectful of your home. Everything was left spotless after the job. And I am very pleased with my updated HVAC system. 10 out of 10!

We have been having issues with our ac since the year (8 years) ago we bought it from another company. Had them come out at least 4 times a year and even the owner but they never resolved it. Had others too but no luck until I talked to Roger here at Integrity. They came out and figured it out .

I called Air Integrity for a second opinion after another company told me I needed to replace an expensive part. After running their own diagnostics, they found the issue wasn’t what the original technician claimed. They fixed the actual problem and my AC has been working perfectly since. They saved me a lot of money and probably a major headache. I really appreciate their honesty and would definitely recommend them.

Air Integrity is a great business to use. Everyone was so very nice and knowledgeable! Was seen same day called and repair was fast and less expensive than others. Scott was so friendly and explained things where I understood it. Will definitely be a repeat customer (if needed).

Air Integrity was very quick and responsive to our broken A/C system. The dispatch lady was very courteous, and got back to me instantly to make sure we could be scheduled in for the same day. Roger came about an hour and half after our first call and was thorough and fast in figuring out our issue. He was also able to repair everything the same day, at an EXTREMELY fair price! We came home from vacation to find our furnace would not reach the set temperature. After several attempts to reset it, we called Air Integrity, and they sent out a technician, Scott, within a few hours. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the furnace the next morning. He ran all the tests to ensure it was working properly. I filed a claim with my Equipment Breakdown Insurance and the adjuster needed technical information that I couldn't provide. I referred her to direct her questions to Air Integrity. Nevy took her contact information and passed it on to Scott and Roger, the owner. They worked with her to answer her technical questions and provide photos of the old and new units. My claim was approved for the full amount, minus my $500 deductible. Most companies would not have bothered. We appreciate their quality service and their willingness to go above and beyond, and will remain loyal customers.

So impressed right now. A/c has been giving us trouble for well over a month. Had another company come out 3 times and still wasn't working correctly. I called Brisco, they were here in less than 30 mins. He fixed everything that was wrong for a fraction of what we have been paying. Thank you so much, working like a new system.

Phillip was on time professional, very respectful of home and us. Called Brico late in evening and Phillip came next day accommodating our schedule. We will continue to use them for our A/C and heating needs.

A/C unit was getting old and there has been increased vibration in the lines and the unit itself was loud and needed to be replaced already. They came out timely, topped up the freon which did help a bit but we decided to go ahead and replace the whole unit (very old) and they were back out in a couple days with a new unit to install.

They were on time, efficient, made no unnecessary damage or holes and cleaned up after themselves, wore a mask and were as considerate as possible. Would definitely recommend if you need any A/C service needs.
