Sometimes I forget we use them all the time. They come in change our filters I a timely fashion. I never have to call or worry about our AC filters. They handle everything. Definitely great company and Mike is a great guy to work with.

Mike is awesome. He has helped many people who can not climb to replace the air filters in the Baytown and Houston area. He specializes in A/C filter replacement service. He sets up that monthly someone comes out, changes the A/C filter, and let's me know if they see any issues. I love the benefit with the quality and low cost for the commercial air filter.

After another company came out and charged for a diagnosis, we were quoted $8000.00 to replace the condenser, or $13,000.00 for the whole new system. I thought it might be best if I just ordered a new condenser since it was only $2,000.00 for a new backward compatible one. While searching for a technician to install it I found this company's owner through Coastal HVAC Supply, and Roger came out very quickly. He thought it might be best if he took a quick look to verify the compressor was bad and found it only needed a capacitor, a very quick fix since he had a new one in his truck. We suffered several days in 95 degree heat without A/C because of the unethical and/or incompetent technician from the first company. What a treasure to find an honest and competent technician. I highly recommend Roger and Air Integrity and I won't use anybody else!

My story starts a little expensive. I had called another company which is quite large, and I thought that was a lot more reputable in the Clear Lake area. Their technician was friendly and knowledgeable, or so I thought. He had come over and looked at the unit in my attic since my air conditioner wasn't working on Monday, but my evaporator was frozen. I had to shut the unit down to let it thaw out before he could do more with it.

I wasn't going to be available until Wednesday for him to come back out so I made a follow up appointment for then. He informed me that it wasn't worth doing anything to it since he said the evaporator cool was rotted out. He also told me that I need a new evaporator, and that it would cost $6,000. It sounds legit until I called a friend of mine that has done A/C work his whole life. He advised me to get a second opinion, which I am so glad that I did.

I knew Roger from the neighborhood that I lived in so I gave him a call. He had a job that got pushed back so he was able to work me in the same day. He came out Thursday, and he basically told me that my evaporator coil was fine, but it needed to be cleaned. Also, the original guy that installed the unit, which my contractor had set up, did the installation wrong. I was sucking in air from the outside without it being filtered so I was getting yard debris, leaves, dust, and anything else that could get into a 4 inch pipe.

Roger and Andres cleaned out the evaporator coil, the blower motor including the fan blade, and the overall housing. They went through the whole unit in the attic and the condenser outside. They also installed a 20 X 20 X 4 filter upstairs that would catch all of the debris from the outside. All in all, they were here the better part of the afternoon and early evening. I thought my unit was great then, and Roger even texted me a couple of times during the evening for temperature readings.

The unit was still not working correctly so they came out the next day, Thursday, to work on it some more. Apparently, the evaporated coils were more caked up than they thought. They got out a garden hose with a spray nozzle and cleaned the heck out of it. They also re-checked the freon level. They even replaced my Nest thermostat with a nice, professional Honeywell/Resideo thermostat, which I found out that Nest thermostats aren't very good. He was here again a good chunk of the afternoon and early evening.

When it was all said and done, my air conditioner was colder than it had been in years, and my wife was a very happy person. The best part is I didn't end up spending $6000 for an evaporator that I didn't need, I ended up spending a little over $2,000 which included the new thermostat. I am very, very pleased with the level of service that I have received, and I will definitely use them again. They are also a very honest company that is concerned with customer satisfaction instead of selling something new just to sell them something new.

Technician was up front with costs and what was needed done to fix our furnace. The business communicated clearly when they would show up and gave updates on arrival. Then showed up when they stated. The technician explained clearly the repair that was needed and had the parts and materials to make the repairs. So the repair was timely and we had heat back in less than an hour. Getting service from a local business in Deer Park like this is refreshing.

My a/c went out-called these guys, quick diagnosis and they had the part in stock. After they got the supplies they needed it was back up and running within a couple of hours. Air Integrity has completed multiple projects for me. I was quoted by another company $14,000 to replace my entire ac system. Air Integrity told me I just needed a tune-up and kept my unit going. That was 2 years ago, and I didn't pay even a 4th of the other quote. I had all the duct work replaced with a return air added and a new plenum.
