Texcellent was contracted to install soft start devices on my 2 hvac units. Troy was my technician and he went above and beyond to provide me with details of what he was doing. I had questions and he was very willing to provide me with the answers along the way. One of my units was a bit of a challenge because of its age, but Troy took the time to work through any issues that arose. Job well done. Thanks Troy!!

I was getting coffee at Sycamore Grounds Coffee and was surprised by the generosity and kindness of the owner of Texcellent (Terry).
He had left his card at the counter and told the staff to pay for other people's coffee just to brighten their day!
I sat down and spoke with Terry after I grabbed by coffee. It was very obvious how passionate Terry is about heating and cooling installation but also fixes. He told me about how Texcellent will install your heating and cooling from the start or they are experts in forensics diagnoses for unexplained mold in the house and uneven heating and cooling throughout the house.
I found this very interesting because I have an issue with one side of my house never being the same temperature as the other side of my house. We had 3 different A/C companies come out to take a look and non of them could explain it. I will be calling Texcellent in the future to my own home diagnosed.
So happy to hear there is a company that cares about the quality of their work from the start or after coming in to fix someone else's work
