They installed a mini-split in our clinic, as the building had no existing duct-work in one side and it works like a dream! All workers present were polite and professional and completed job in a timely manner. Will rehire for all our AC needs!

The Texcellent team was super helpful taken care of our needs. Terry and his guys came out, figured out the problems, and explained everything clearly with lots of pictures. We had a furnace installed by another company, but the work was sloppy and we started to have very high humidity levels in the house.
I contacted Texcellent after being recommended by a neighbor. Terry was able to arrive that same day to diagnose the issue. Communication was clear and the required work was thoroughly explained. They came by the following workday to start. Humidity levels are now significantly lower and the AC blows colder and smoother than before. Whether on my personal home or on my construction projects, Texcellent is the only A/C professional I use. As a contractor I can't afford to risk my reputation on anything less than the best quality workmanship I can find and Texcellent A/C always shines. True professionals who take pride in their work and it shows. I wouldn't use anyone else

Terry really demonstrated his craftsmanship and performance on working on my A/C unit. He installed a soft start that will help my A/C run with my generator without taking such a hard hit on the compressor and that it will help the life expectancy of my A/C.
During the Hurricane Beryl storm, Houston and the surrounding areas have taken much longer for everyone to get their power back on.
I’ve been without power for 4 days and decided to install a transfer switch.
Facebook marketplace is not the best solution to resolve problems but I was desperate and had the installation wrong the first time.
Called a Licensed Electrician who had to fix the first guys mistakes.
That was a kick to my butt and I deserved it.
After fixing the Issue, Terry came back out once voltage was being received at the fuse near the
A/C unit in a short period of time and was able to give me power to my whole house including the delicacy of Air Conditioning.
Terry was called back out after hrs because I continued having problems with my own generator and came out to save my life again and left his personal generator for me to at least have A/C for my children. I continue not having power after 5 days from the centerpoint company not restoring it and I had to leave my children during the 3rd and 4th night with a friend and with my mom.
I cannot express how thankful my wife and I are that I was able to have our kids sleeping in their rooms again. Hopefully we get power restored soon for everyone.
I know this review has a bit more of my problem and I want to apologize I hope it helps everyone with who they choose to go above and beyond and that is “Texcellent heating & cooling LLC” company.

Texcellent was referred to me by Santhoff Plumbing as I have had several repairs by the latter and was always very happy with their service technicians....Well, Texcellent is no different, Technician arrived on time, analyzed potential issues in detail of repairing now versus later, tech was very professional and courteous and knowledgeable....As I can say is that I found my New Air Conditioning Service Company as I was very happy with results...Also, their communication with me was good...!!!!!

Heater Conked Out Friday Evening, Made Appointment for Saturday for 2 ~ 4pm, Technician Arrived early as scheduled....and Promptly went to work on my Unit, explaining the issue with the Unit....Fixed It, and then waited for a complete Heating Cycle to ensure it was functioning properly to my desired settings....All I can say is (5)* EXCELLENT RATING for Prompt Service, Professionalism and Resolution of Problem.....VERY ~ VERY HAPPY...!!!!!!

Recently started using Texcellent using their "maintenance contract" service. They found several issues with our system that had been missed (or caused!) by our previous HVAC team. They gave us a detailed explanation of the issues with photos. We decided to have the repair work performed by them and all the work was completed in the promised time frame. I appreciate their thorough and educational approach. They do charge an extra fee for making trips to the Houston area as they are located outside of the Houston area.

We called Texcellent on a holiday when our AC wasn’t working and spoke with Terry, which was a pleasant surprise to reach someone on the holiday. He came by our house the following day to diagnose our issues. We needed a full HVAC replacement and Terry and his crew made the whole process so quick and easy! He was even ready with a new temp window unit to loan to us to use until they came out to do the replacement job. We are so glad that we have these guys a call when we needed them!

They were able to send a technician right away. Our unit was not cooling properly and they were able to determine the problem right away. The technician even asked me to come to the attic so I can take a look at the issue. I haven't had any HVAC or AC company thoroughly explain the issue and show me where the issue is. Estimate was given same day and they have us on the schedule this week to do the repairs. Anybody who is looking for an honest and knowledgeable company I highly recommend Texcellent Heating and Cooling LLC.

Excellent experience! I needed help after hours with a ceiling leak. Terry was here quickly and was able to fix the problem. He provided pictures of the problem and was able to add new parts in order to prevent future issues. I am so greatful for all the help and will definately use him again in the future!

Was referred to Terry by Thomas Moreno from All The Time Plumbing, and he turned out to be an absolute life saver. While we were looking at the HVAC condenser, he commented that he smelled gas. He pulled out his leak detector and soap solution, and sure enough—there was a gas leak at the meter that CenterPoint had recently replaced.

We ended up talking about HVAC and life for a bit, and it was clear how much passion he has for the work he does and the company he’s built. CenterPoint arrived while we were chatting, and Terry even helped guide them directly to the leak. All of this for no charge.

What really stood out was that he never pressured me about purchasing an HVAC system from him. Just honest, knowledgeable, genuine service. Highly recommend!
