We called them because of a loud noise outside. The technician was dispatched and arrived at our home within an hour. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue and then checked the entire system for free. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Weve been having an ongoing issue with our AC unit to the point its caused numerous leaks through our ceiling thag required repair. Over the course of a few weeks we had three other HVAC companies out to attempt to re-diagnose and resolve our issue with no luck. Each had a different explanation and “fix” as to what was causing the issue. Eventually Terry from Texcellent was referred to us from a friend. He came out the same day we called and fixed the problem in a matter of a couple hours. He knew right away what was wrong and had it repaired very quickly. His services were very fairly priced as well. Overall couldnt have asked for better service and would 10/10 recommended him to anyone.

Terry came out very quickly when I needed someone to help repair my AC unit. Very professional and was very informing of everything he was doing every step of the way. I’ll be using him from now on, great guy and company!

Great communication from Terry. All employees were professional and answered all my questions. Installed new A/C which was 2/2 for house. Found issues from previous A/C installation that a different company completed and Texcellent fixed for us. Finished in time estimate that was originally given. Cleaned up everything! Helped install new app and set up. I felt they went above and beypond. System works great! Passed League City inspection with no issues.

Texcellent Heating & Cooling came out at a moments notice and tuned up our AC unit despite the fact that it was after 5:00pm and the Heat index was about 120 degrees. Now THAT'S Service!! Follow up visits for bi=annual maintenance are a breeze. They show up when they say they're going to show up. They get the entire system a good review and let us know what needs to be addressed and/or cost saving advice. Great Service Techs !!

Terry did a complete inspection of our AC system. He found an issue that past servicemen overlooked. He explained everything in detail, added the needed refrigerant, and made recommendations for enhancing the system. I will use him again and would recommend him to others!

I am impressed with Terry. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done to get my AC working correctly. On my heating system check he found some issues and fixed it on same visit. Very affordable. Will definitely use them again.

Terry showed up when he said he would and was very professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me a complete and accurate estimate. He had the parts on his truck and completed the job quickly so my A/C was back up and running before the heat of the day hit.

Great company! Very responsive from first call. Showed up on time with an excellent crew day of install. They protected the floors throughout my home and cleaned up when install was completed. Terry went over everything and explained what was done and operation of the new system. I would highly recommend them!

Called due to AC not cooling suddenly and Terry showed in about 45 minutes and was able to diagnose my issue within 10-15 minutes. Gave me options and I decided on a new system. He was able to get the parts and have it installed In less than 24 hours from my initial call to him. While that's impressive, the best part of my experience was the fact that he does excellent quality of work and completed the new system adding all the bells and whistles it didn't have. Float switch...second switch...replaced all aged control wires, verified all electrical was sound....replaced all aged insulation on lines... added dampners because my original system didn't include....re-sealed all duct work....caulked the disconnect box and rain cover for the outside unit....cleaned everything...vacuumed the area he was walking through for the attic access....even replaced the light bulb in my attic with a very bright LED bulb! Top notch work and obviously is a craftsman in his trade that takes pride in doing things the right way.

Very professional and helpful. Before we spoke with Terry we had already had two different companies come and try to identify the problem with our AC and they both told us the same thing which apparently was false because it never worked right after. Terry with Texcellent came and told us right off the bat what needed to be fixed and how he would fix it. Two day’s later came back and got to work! Quality of work was great he came in and got it done in good time and the best part about it is he did fix the problem and got us back up and running! Highly recommend Texcellent for any work in the future.

Last year Terry and his crew came and installed a whole brand new A/C and Heating system with all new duct work and completed a stellar job, I called him a few days ago after I had some minor issues going on, and his employee Steve took care of the issue within minutes. 5 star service all around. Terry has such an analytical mind and anticipates issues before they occur. I had a commercial unit stop working on an 105 degree Texas summer day, so only one unit was cooling our 2200 sq feet dental office. I called Terry, he answered the phone courteously, and came over promptly to diagnose. He found the issue immediately and went to get the parts needed. He worked overtime to get the job done before start of business today. On top of that, Terry was able to save us from future trouble my inspecting and changing parts out of our other unit, which was beginning to show the same wear pattern. Terry saves the day! We will be using Terry’s maintenance services to ensure these last minute catastrophes don’t occur. Excellent and reasonable prices as well. Terry came out of his normal range the day we called on a Sunday afternoon. I called for my elderly parents who A/C wasn’t working on a day in Crosby, Texas it was 109 degrees outside. Terry got there within 2 hours of the call, was on time from the ETA we received, was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.
