Been doing business with Air Integrity HVAC for a few years now. Great service with fair prices. Roger is always honest and helpful in his evaluations and attacking whatever the issue is focusing on customer service. .

Both technicians were very respectful, thorough and honest. They cleaned up after themselves like they were never there. Prices on the quote were well priced and the work was top notch from one tradesman to another. So happy with them I book a yearly maintenance with them

We were looking at a home to buy. The home inspector noted that there HVAC issues. We called Air Integrity to do an assessment/estimate for the work that may be required to bring the HVAC system up to good condition. The office staff was very friendly. They scheduled a timely appointment and also gave me a 30 min notification for when the technician would arrive at the home. The technician was friendly, knowledgable, and very thorough. The report was what we needed to help make a decision about the home.

Excellent! Quick efficient. Good honest work. Would recommend this service to anyone needing a repair service for air conditioning or furnace.

I met the owners of Air Integrity, Roger and Kathleen, at the Thursday Networking Team in Pasadena and knew that they were the people to call when our AC went out with a 5 day old baby in the house. I called and was able to get back into my home same-day. We are so incredibly thankful for them and their technician Andres for helping us so quickly during a very difficult time as new parents. The job ended up coming in a bit less than quoted because they ended up not needing as much material as they originally thought. They have excellent service and are amazing people. Thank you, Air Integrity for an excellent installation of my new American Standard system! Roger was great at seeing a difficult installation through to a happy conclusion. I live in a 50-year-old house that doesn’t always like new fixtures. But he not only got it working, he made it work at least 10 times better than the old system. Air Integrity is highly recommended and highly competitive!

Scott was awesome. Easy going, worked quick and ended up troubleshooting, saving us hundreds. Will definitely call Air Integrity and ask for Scott again!

Tech came to check our a/c unit and furnace. He arrived on time, was knowledgeable, polite and answered all of our questions. Upon inspection Scott found that our a/c coil needed to be cleaned and he replaced two capacitors. Now with a bit of luck we’re good to go until next year’s maintenance check.
